Here is my take on Keith's, I've been buying guns from Keith's for over 10 years & have bought over 50 guns from him. No, I'm not a terrorits, just a gun enthusiast. My experirence at Keith's has been all positive. I like him, his wife and his staff. True they do get very busy & that's why you may not get royalty treatment but come on folks each one of them can only do 5 things at one time, let's be reasonable. The rudeness that some of you are experiencing may be due to their propensity for joking around. They do that sometimes but it is only for fun. Keith's Sporting goods have the best selection in town, & the best prices, bar none. Believe me, I shop around for guns all the time at nearly all gun shows in the state and all the gun shops (local & non-local). Keith's have them beat hands down. As for service, it is quite good, I've never had any problems.\r

Here is what I think about adamsmith54 (the guy who bought a rifle and had the ammo problem), if you don't know the difference between 22/223/223WSSM then you really shouldn't even be buying firearms, you have only yourself to blame and to expect Keith to take the gun back you must be out of your mind. Once the gun passes the back ground check it belongs to you. The only way Keith is going to take it back is to purchase it from you as a used gun becasue he can not sell it as a new gun whether it has been fired or not. It's the law. \r

Here is a message for kwashington, no gun shop that I'm aware of will provide you with a scale so you can weigh your guns. I've been to many gun shops and they just don't provide that service. \r

As for pdxsnap, you mentioned that Keith's did not show you how to load the gun or show you which way to pont it. All I can say is: Come On , no one is going to baby sit you. Get real.\r

Overall, I'm very please with my firearm purchase experience at Keith's and will continue to shop there. I highly recommend Keith's to everyone.
Pros: Great prices, selection, super staff
Cons: A little bit too crowded at times
