I've been there twice, and I have not purchased anything, because I could not get anyone to talk to me. The things I was looking for were not readily visible in the cases, and all I wanted was someone to acknowledge my presence and ask me what I needed. I don't particularly even care about price, and the websites of the manufacturers of the things I was looking for show Keith's as the only stocking dealer in Oregon. So if they had so much ask talked to me, I would have bought. Instead, I stood around for almost half an hour trying to catch someone's eye and then left. Admittedly, one of these trys was on a Saturday, and it was booming in there. The other day it was not so busy, though, and someone could have at least said, ""be right with you"".\r

Look, 30 some reviewers here have said, I went on a Saturday and service was terrible. Hire some more people to work on Saturday. You know what? You'll sell more stuff. \r

They do have a good selection of both new and used firearms, and prices seem reasonable. But the experience was not a positive one at all, and it is a long drive out there from most places in Portland. If they have what you want, or you are not sure what you want and are looking for a store where they'll spend some time with you, go to Northwest Armory. By all means, avoid the Gun Room, where the prices are ridiculous and the guy's sales tactics will try to push you in to buying something you don't need to prove you're man enough.\r

Pros: Service, Staffing levels on busy Saturdays, attitude
Cons: Selection, price
