SHUTTLE SERVICE IS TERRIBLE-NEVER AGAIN 1/4/2012

We have used this service for the last time. They barely have 2 shuttles running at any one time. We have waited for no less than 20 minutes and up to 40 to get picked up. The last time (mid Dec.) I called before getting out to the curb. I waited another 25 mins., and when he showed up, he didn't get in line behind the other shuttles, he stopped one lane over, and wouldn't allow me to get on, so I had to wait for this jackass to go around again.... I counted at least 4-6 shuttles per other parking company each, before they showed up. more

BEWARE - WORSE SHUTTLE SERVICE IN L.A. 12/18/2011

We booked on line using a credit card which they quickly charged and said they would send us a confirmation email and that NEVER came. When we arrived the fees were much higher than quoted online. We waited a long time for the shuttle to take us to the airport. When we returned to LAX we had to wait over an hour for the shuttle to pick us up and they had to be called 3 times by the many people waiting for them. The driver would not get out of the bus to help me with my bag and when I asked for help he asked ""What do you want me to do, hurt myself."" He was very rude to everyone and said he was ""sick of everyone"". He only stopped once at the parking lot and made everyone walk a long distance to their cars when he could have gone to the designated stops. He said it was time for his break. When we paid to get out they would not honor the fact that they had charged us for the first night on our credit card already and we had to pay it again at the higher price than they had represented on their web site. Beware of parking at this lot when there are many other good ones to choose from. more

1ST AND LAST TIME WE EVER USE EASY PARK 7/21/2011

1. Shuttle - it passed me by twice at pick up spot at LAX, I had to call twice, it took 40 minutes to finally get picked up - no apologies, no nothing. 2. Price - Misrepresented - they advertise on Century Blvd sign that the cost is about $11/day, I was parked in the lot for about 27 hours and was charged $24. There are many superior places to park at LAX. more

Where is the bus??? 6/8/2009

I arrived at LAX last night, July 07, 2009 at about 10:40 PM and immediately from the baggage claim I called the easy park office to confirm my arrive. I was waiting more than 25 minutes when I decided to call again after saw shuttles from a number of other companies passed by 3-4 times. Anyway after 15 minutes more I toke other shuttle that leave me at the entrance of the easy park. Can you believe after my concern their excuse was the traffic?? If you value your time and safety, stay away from this company. Its location is good, price not so attractive, but shuttle service is disaster.\r Pros: Good location Cons: The shuttle do not show up before 40 min more

Where is a shuttle? 5/30/2008

I arrived at LAX last night, May 29th, 2008 at about 10:30 PM and was waiting more than 40 minutes to get a shuttle. It showed up only after I called, full of passengers (not a single empty seat) and bins full of luggage. While I was waiting, shuttles from a number of other companies passed by 3-4 times. If you value your time, stay away from this company. Its location is great, price not so attractive, but shuttle service is disaster. more

If you value your time, pick a different car park. In their favor, Easy Park LAX offers a convenient location, just behind the Sheraton Gateway Hotel. But be prepared for a LONG wait. Their pickup vehicles operate less frequently (about every 15 min.) than other car parks and share passengers with the Sheraton Hotel, so they are frequently full. As a result, it took me nearly 40 minutes to get picked up on a recent LAX flight. More disconcerting was the number of open buses I watched pass from competitor car parks. Their daily rate $14.50 self-park is no bargain either. Pros: Good Location - one of the closest park lots to LAX; behind Sheraton Gateway Hotel Cons: Infrequent fans (every 15 min.), typically full -- translates to LONG pick-up wait times more
