Customer for Life! 8/15/2011

I wanted to thank everyone at Earnhardt Honda (especially our salesperson DC Compton) for their professionalism and kindness. They treated my family and I like we were long time VIP customers, even though this was our very first visit. We had gone to a couple of other dealerships in the area and were VERY dissatisfied. As a matter of fact, we went to one of those dealerships a half dozen times and they never seemed to be able to give us what we want at the price we want. I am very happy to say that DC (and team) worked very hard to not only stay at the price we wanted, but get us a vehicle that exceeded our expectations! The Earnhardt Honda team now has a customer for life! more

Great customer service 7/30/2011

We were not sure what to expect but DJ Bastiste got us out of our SUV we no longer wanted and into a great car we really are enjoying. All of our questions were answered and DJ went above and beyond to help make sure we were happy and understood everything. Will go back here again and will recommend to our friends and family. more

Good Experience with Earnhardt Honda 7/28/2011

My wife and I were looking to buy a car for me to drive to work. We bought a minivan from Earnhardt before and had a good experience so we went back to see what they could do for us. Ruben Reyes our salesperson was wonderful he answered all of our questions, and if he didn't know the answer he would go and find it for us. He was great. Overall great experience, would go back and do business again. more

Sad and Disappointed in Earnhardt Honda Avondale 7/18/2011

My wife and I went car shopping yesterday for my son and daughter in law and we were at 43rd Ave and Greenway when I received a call from Tony the internet manager from Earnhardt Honda ( I had asked several dealerships to give me a call via internet). He let me know that they had the car for me and gave me a price because I told him that if his price was right I would make the drive (23.35 miles). I had read all the reviews on Earnhardt and had also bought a car from there ( a Honda Ridgeline) awhile back, and my experience was wonderful! Tony gave me a price which I thought was fair. So, we started making our way to Avondale and the Autoplex. We were half way there when Tony called us back to inform us the car was sold already but that he had another one for the SAME price except a different color and that the tires would have to be switched out to its original factory tires. more

Go see Tommy Severado!!! 7/6/2011

We have purchased three vehicles from Earnhardt Honda now and each purchase has been completely haggle free and a great experience. We were dismayed to find out our previous sales guy (of the last 2 vehicles) was no longer working at Earnhardt, however we worked with Tommy Severado and he was fantastic! We, once again, did not have to haggle over the price of the vehicle. Tommy will cut you a deal you can't walk away from. Great dealership! We will be back for sure! more

Elton Went The Extra Miles.... 6/21/2011

We truly mean extra miles being Elton Edwards found our 2011 CRV EX-L in the color we wanted in Las Vegas, NV. Once it was located he and Carl worked very hard to fit us into a payment that worked for us with all the extras we wanted. We first meet Elton when visiting Earnhardt Honda with our 2010 Accord and spoke with him about owning a CRV in the future. Elton took the time to give us a peek inside a CRV. We purchased a 2012 Honda Civic on May 14, 2011 at Earnhardt Honda - Avondale, AZ. This first statement seems a little odd. How was a possible to purchase a 2012 in 2011. This is one of these exciting mysteries of the automobile industry. As a five time owner of Honda vehicles, they hold their value and buying a 2012 in 2011 will only help preserve this scenario. more

Honest Service Received from Earnhardt Honda 5/31/2011

We purchased a car from Earnhardt Honda on 5/31/11. Prior to our purchase, we had received quotes from other dealerships by phone trying to narrow which dealership had the best price. Bell Honda had confirmed a verbal quote with us only to find that when we arrived to make the purchase they had a different price significantly higher. more

Not your typical dealership or salesmen 4/6/2011

I dealt with Manual Cabrera via internet prior to making the trip (200 mile drive). I received the deal I wanted with NO jerking me around before I arrived or after I arrived. Manual is a good dude and not your typical slimey car salesman. I HIGHLY recommend and will be returning for my/our next Honda. Thanks Manuel! more

Just had a great car-buying experience at Ernhardt Honda! Rico Mesko, our sales guy, was awesome. We looked at 3 styles and he was very knowledgeable about every one. I recently purchased a Honda CR-Z for my wife at Earnhardt Honda in Avondale AZ. Working with Manuel Cabrera and his manager Kevin was an absolute pleasure. This was my 13th new car purchase in my life and never have I had such a noteworthy experience that I felt compelled to put comments in writing! After a difficult experience with my local Honda dealer it was suggested to me that I contact Earnhardt?s and for that suggestion I am now very grateful. These gentlemen cut right to the bottom line and while I have known for a long time that Earnhardt?s slogan is ?No Bull? I am now truly a believer. This was by far the quickest, easiest and lowest stress deal I have ever made. For the first time ever my initial offer was lower than I expected! Dennis Farrell was a great guy to work with 3/19/2011

After a very tough and difficult car search, it was a breathe of fresh air to work with Dennis and Earnhardt Honda. I had some terrible experiences with some other dealers this car search and had given up on getting the new car for a few months, once back on the horse, following my parents recommendation I came to Earnhardt, worked with Dennis, got the car I wanted at a good price. Even my 3 year old had fun! It was a pleasant experience and when its time to get another car, I will be back. more
