I had a terrible experience with this shop. I went in 2 weeks ago for a paint job on my Honda Accord. Service was friendly and fast, but when I went to pick it up 2 days later, there were 2 glaring problems. First of all, the paint was the wrong color (it was metallic beige but they painted it metallic tan). Then, they painted the door handles black when they should have been the same color as the rest of the car. In fact, the door handle paint started scratching off the next day and you can see the beige underneath. I was willing to let the car color go but wanted them to fix the door handles. I called Salvador and he would not admit it was a mistake. I called again the next day then he said he'd fix it the following week. I went in this afternoon for the appointment and lo and behold, he's not there. I talk to one worker Joe who calls Sal who tells me to bring the car back on the weekend (btw, Sal refuses to talk to me). Then I ask Joe, what time Saturday? And he just walks away. So I find another worker Torres who just says that they won't fix it - at all! So even though the price is cheaper, they do a crappy job and they won't fix the screw ups. Take you business somewhere else!!!
