Thanks to Eanes for offering their free second opinion on work that was recommended by another firm. Although the diagnosis was the same it made me feel better about the large expense to repair I was facing. Also many thanks to Curtis Parker, the service tech, for taking the time to thoroughly check my system and explaining many technical aspects to me in terms that were understandable. Hopefully Eanes will be able to make the repairs I need at a more reasonable price than the firm I had placed my trust in for years.
