New to the dentist... I have a family 5 that was going there. My daughter missed an appointment, so I had to reschedule. I can a call from them stating we are no longer aloud at the office and they informed the insurance company. I'm a nurse that works 2 jobs and had an emergency so I rescheduled. This is totally unacceptable to me! I do not even mind missed appointment fee, but to kick my whole family from the office like we committed a crime. I am at lost for words.
