Allied Furnace was a great duct cleaning company. The job was not memorable, which is great because it means they got in and out quickly and most of what I remember is the good finished job. They were great, we had no problems, and I would recommend them. more

I think that they should be a little more upfront on possible details. When they got here they were trying to upsell me on everything. I wish that was disclosed a little bit more upfront. Please keep in mind that our $99 duct cleaning service involves the salary of two technicians, a truck and all it's fuel and upkeep, and loads of equipment to properly clean the air ducts in your home, and it's generally not a profitable sale. It's very much like hiring a carpet cleaner to come to your home for a $34 per room special and being disappointed because they want to clean more rooms. In both cases, the technicians job is to do such thorough work, that the homeowner will trust them to do more while they are at your home.
Our $99 special is our way of proving ourselves to our customers. Unlike some in the industry though, we actually do deliver what we say we will and if the customer only wants to spend the minimum amount, our technicians are prepared to lose time and money on the service and leave graciously. We know through 15 years of customer history that the vast majority of customers will allow our technicians to provide needed additional services. All our technicians are trained to deliver on what we say, even if it means walking away with less than enough money to cover expenses.
If you really feel you were "oversold" or that the technicians were indeed "pushy", we truly want to know about that and wish you would've called to let us know. That way we would have had a chance to correct the situation. It is never our intention to have employees who are even slightly disrespectful. While we have never received a complaint like this before, we realize that anyone can have an "off" day and if so, they need to be reprimanded for it, ideally as soon as it happens.

I had never used this type of service before. In the consultation Duct Cleaning Twin Cities gave more advice about the service than other companies, which led us to use them. The people are professional, courteous, and timely. more

Hoffman Heating & Air, also known as Duct Cleaning Twin Cities, came in to clean my fireplaces, water heater, furnace and duct work. They seemed to work more quickly than I thought could be good. The work wasn't as thorough as I would have expected. Like when they said they were done with one fireplace, but when I checked it, it was still dirty and I had to have them vacuum it out like they said they would in their ad. When I asked if they were going to clean my water heater and furnace, like the ad said they would, they told me they actually can't do those things. Only when I pointed out that I didn't know what I was paying them for, were they able to clean them. Even then they used their shop vac to clean my duct work system, when in their ad, they show the big vacuum cleaner on their truck. I had to spend a lot of time following-up with them. I probably would look for somebody else to clean my systems next time. more

Duct Cleaning Twin Cities really did a great job. The biggest things were that they have the top quality equipment and they are very straight forward. In a category where shady things go on they were the best with top notch integrity. I got a new high end Lennox furnace through them. The sales person gave me very accurate information. The techs who installed it were very experienced and only deal in the high end equipment. more

Basically, Allied Furnace (also known as Duct Cleaning Twin Cities) was hired through the company I had purchased the furnace from. They did a free duct cleaning and vent cleaning. I had them clean my new furnace ducts and also my laundry ducts. They're reliable and showed up on time. Allied Furnace is also neat and courteous. more

Overall Duct Cleaning Twin Cities was good. I had the ducts cleaned, and they were a lot dirtier than we thought they were, but they managed to get everything taken care of. They gave us different options with what they could do, and reasonable prices, so it worked out pretty good. more

I got some ducts cleaned by Duct Cleaning Twin Cities six months ago. They came out and cleaned our ducts, and also found something in our chimney that needed to be clean. It's been good ever since. I found Duct Cleaning Twin Cities through an internet search. It's been overall a great experience! more

Duct Cleaning Twin Cities came out when they said they would and cleaned all of my ducts. I thought they did a great job. The only negative I had, and I don't even know if they did it, but my water heater pilot light blew out around the time they were here for the cleaning, so I had to get that taken care of. I didn't call them about that. I would use them again in the future. more

Duct Cleaning Twin Cities did a nice job. There were some things that were difficult, but they worked through them nicely. I just don't recommend duct cleaners very often. Everything was fine with Duct Cleaning Twin Cities. They did the duct cleaning and the furnace cleaning. The first time they came, they didn't do a good job. I had an inspection done, and after that they sent another guy out after a couple of weeks and he did an excellent job. I was really happy with the second guy. more

I haf the duct cleaning technician guys come out to my st paul home. The services i had done were my air conditioner cleaning and an a coil cleaning. I already had my duct work done by another service and they didnt do a very good job so the next time i need it clean, ill be calling these guys for sure. They cleaned everything very throughly and they were very persistant. Ill be returning my service with them whenever i need it cleaned. I would reccomend them to anyone! more
