Review content:
Hoffman Heating & Air, also known as Duct Cleaning Twin Cities, came in to clean my fireplaces, water heater, furnace and duct work. They seemed to work more quickly than I thought could be good. The work wasn't as thorough as I would have expected.
Like when they said they were done with one fireplace, but when I checked it, it was still dirty and I had to have them vacuum it out like they said they would in their ad.
When I asked if they were going to clean my water heater and furnace, like the ad said they would, they told me they actually can't do those things. Only when I pointed out that I didn't know what I was paying them for, were they able to clean them. Even then they used their shop vac to clean my duct work system, when in their ad, they show the big vacuum cleaner on their truck. I had to spend a lot of time following-up with them. I probably would look for somebody else to clean my systems next time.
