Want to feel like Alice in Wonderland, try the Tea for Two package. I gave it to my husband (and me) for his birthday. It was a wonderful relaxing afternoon in the serene environment of the outdoor patio. It was refreshing to be outdoors in the fresh air while tubbing and receiving massages. If you want a day you will NEVER forget go to Dubunne! If you spend an hour or a day there, you will be treated like a queen! The staff is warm and friendly and they pay attention to all the details. My husband treated his mother and I to a massage at Dubunne for Mothers Day and I could not have asked for a better gift. My MIL had never had a massage and she just loved it!! She said WHY did I wait so long,she is 77. Well I know now what to get her EVERY holiday. A Dubunne Gift Certificate. Thanks Dubunne job well done!! Tea For Two 7/29/2003

The Tea For Two service is perfect for a chance to relax and enjoy a special day with a girlfriend. First, a leisurely soak in a hot tub with scented water, then a 1 hr massage outdoors (leaves you loose and happy), followed by high tea, complete with scones and sandwiches! I had the Rainforest Retreat and WOW--that is the most indulgent, luxurious, relaxing experience I have ever had. I almost couldn't drive home afterward because I was so dreamy! It was so reasonably priced, which is why I was willing to drive further than usual for a spa treatment. The staff are all friendly and accommodating, without being condescending as I've found in some other spas. I definitely recommend the Rainforest Retreat in particular. For our anniversary, my wife and I treated ourselves to a couples massage in the outdoor pavillion following a hot tub soak with fruit drinks in hand. It was heavenly to feel the cool breeze and the expert and super-relaxing massage, especially knowing the spouse was enjoying the same right near by. I went there only once and was v. impressed with the atmosphere, the staff, and the services provided. I plan to go there everytime i visit home! I have already recommended many of my friends to go there because i think it is a nice, serene place with reasonable prices. I was amazed that a place so great was so close to my home and I did not know it. I tried the rainforest eco massage, for people who love water, this is the massage for you. I found Dubunne when I first moved to So. Cal. and have been a frequent visitor there for almost 4 years now! The front desk staff is great - always accomodating. Jesse is one of the best massage therapists I've ever been to - he's a must see! Stephanie is a great facialist also! And Anne is my favorite manicure/pedicure technician. Overall, it is a wonderful, serene spa - I can't say enough. And you can get your car washed while you're being pampered! DuBunne is just an all around great local spa. The atmosphere and staff are all top notch. The private pedicure suites are really nice and the spa in general is just so relaxing. The rainforest massage is by far the best massage I've ever received, I only wish I could afford to have them more often! Great service, great staff, great spa!     The treatment area's elegant decor--fountains, warm candlelight, wicker furniture--immediately instills a sense of peace. Golden hues inspire calm and prepare patrons for serious pampering. The immaculate locker room offers a plethora of amenities, from razors to hair products. In addition to cushy robes, the spa offers disposable panties and terry gowns to wear beneath robes for the modest.

    The Service
    The Napa Valley Escape delivers one-and-a-half hours of opulence: First, you're exfoliated with mud-like mixture containing grapeseed extract, then "baked" in a thermal wrap; a scalp massage leads into 20 minutes of cocooned quiet, followed by a relaxing bath in a whirlpool tub tinted pink from rose oil. Afterward, a 30-minute massage is expertly rendered by gentle, but firm hands. During the Visibly Smoother Facial, the esthetician constantly monitors comfort, massaging hands and feet and quietly talking you through the light peel and cleansing. Skin glows, if only for a day.
