Deal worker is what I can say,\r We initially contacted DS online and I talked with someone who said they would call be back after I described our situation, but no call came. I called the next day and was connected to Mr. Humphrey he retrieved our information and called us every step of the process. He was also available to get us into a different vehicle with lesser miles than the original Durango I had informed about. He walked with us all the way through the process; never did he get frustrated or not stay in contact with us. I highly recommend driver select. When other didn’t and would call Mr. Humphrey did, and we are happy about that.\r more

I had the best car buying experience with Driver's Select. It was so easy that I couldn't believe it. My sales person Gene was incredible. He was very nice and helpful. I got a 2012 Chrysler 300 with low mileage and it drives great. If you are looking for a car, I would suggest you give them a call. I went to the one across the street from the Dallas Zoo. more

Impressive dealership and people 9/29/2011

We recently purchased a Lincoln MKX from Drivers Select and I feel compelled to commend you on your sales staff and in particular Steven Gayle. I had visited several dealerships without my husband and was discouraged from buying from any of them due to their hard sell technique and aggressive sales staff. My husband had heard your advertising on The Ticket radio station so we went to your site and we found the perfect vehicle for me. We came to your facility to view and test drive, we were warmly greeted by Steven and we told him exactly what we were looking for. Unfortunately that particular vehicle was not yet ready and available so Steven offered another MKX for us to test drive. The test drive confirmed that we did indeed want to purchase the unavailable MKX and we had told Steven that our intention was to purchase that day but not once did he try to re-direct us to a different vehicle in order to make the sale on that day, instead he explained your ""Recon"" process and offered to monitor the vehicle and advise us immediately upon it's release. more

Worst ""non"" car buying experience ever 6/22/2011

Led (used loosely) by ""Sam"", the GM, this was far and above the worst car buying experience I have ever had. I wasted 4 days of my time on what I thought appeared to be a good and finally done deal on an '06 Lexus GX 470. All to be called this morning and told that ""a buyer from NC bought the vehicle over the phone last night"". I wish I could give ZERO stars. I'll go back to Sewell Lexus and work with Will as I have done on my last two car deals. They may charge a little bit more but it's worth every penny to avoid the Wal-Mart experience you get at DS. Stay away! more

Waste of time 4/12/2011

BE HONEST! They tell you you're approved and make you drive to their location and drive off with a car, only to be called back and asked to return the vehicle because the bank does not like the terms - why would you let anyone leave the lot in a car if you know they're not 100% approved? Complete waste of time. more

My experience at Drivers Select was top notch. I live in Austin and purchased from the Dallas location. Chris and his team had my paperwork ready to sign ahead of time and they brought my BMW M5 to Austin for me. My purchase was an easy and ?painless? transaction on both the processing side and delivery of the vehicle side. And I love my M5 and Drivers Select! more

Very unhappy customer 11/22/2010

Driversselect is so full of ******** from day one when I went in the building. I want mention know names but the customer service sucks, the first saleman tried to make me believe that I was approved for a vehicle and allowed me to drive the car for about two weeks and then later on had another saleman call me and stated that the bank didn't agree with the terms and conditions that driversselct sent over, however I don't understand how I was approved from the beginning in order to even drive the car off the lot. Pretty much everytime I tried calling the saleman that called me harrassing me about the vehicle being returned the hardly ever returned my phone calls, all driversselect was worried about was getting their vehicle back. I ended up making three trips out to dallas which I don't stay in dallas and I told them that, but as always they werent worried about my location. However the vehicle was finally returned and I strongly recommend that nobody goes here, pick another dealership. more

I heard about driversselect because I have done business with them before?this is my third car?I started dealing with them in 2005 I got my suburban in Arlington?.then I came back in 2008 and got a 2007 Yukon traded it and now I have a 2008 Lexus?.haha a 350?.I am loving it everybody was like wow you have a Lexus you have to have money to have a Lexus?I said ?you just have to know where to go??One lady at work said wow this is my dream car. Smooth communication!!! 9/27/2010

I?ll tell you what. I?ve never had such smooth communication and easy transaction buying a car. The internet department there is right on point! From the very first phone call I didn?t have to ever wait on a ?call back? or ?let me get with my manager? or ?I?ll follow up a little later? everything I asked was answered promptly, detailed photos were sent to me and every call I made was answered and the one message I left I got a call back within 3 minutes. My wife and I just bought a slightly ?loved? : ) car from Driverselect and we wanted to thank Tiffany and Mr. Kelvin for finding us financing 1% lower than our credit union did we already got a low rate then they fought even harder to get it lower that really made us happy and showed us how much they really wanted us to be happy, we bought a 2008 Cadillac Escalade ESV and can?t wait to travel in it. no hidden fees, GREAT price! I'm happy 9/14/2010

I do know how frustrating it is to shop for a car being a woman I feel like I?m always underestimated and treated like I know nothing about cars but after going to you I must say you guys have completely changed my perspective towards car dealerships and car salesmen. Dylan was nothing short of wonderful, helpful and understanding but what really surprised me was when I spoke to Chris over the phone over my specific Infiniti QX45 he gave me a price and it took me a week to get out there but I finally did and he kept his word when I met with Dylan I saw the car, test drove it he showed me all the options and talked to the Store manager who was also very nice I was ready to sign and I asked for a few minutes to revise my paperwork? what do you know? NO SURPRISES! For that I thank you all, this was easy, no hidden fees, GREAT price I know I got more value for my money and I?m happy. more

Wow, wow wow!!! I got a wonderful deal last Saturday from Drivers Select in Dallas. The staff was friendly, respectful and easy to work with and they even stayed after closing to get the deal closed. I felt comfortable and not pressured by them and I truly appreciate the hard work they put into making me content with my purchase.
