We initially contacted DS online and I talked with someone who said they would call be back after I described our situation, but no call came. I called the next day and was connected to Mr. Humphrey he retrieved our information and called us every step of the process. He was also available to get us into a different vehicle with lesser miles than the original Durango I had informed about. He walked with us all the way through the process; never did he get frustrated or not stay in contact with us. I highly recommend driver select. When other didn’t and would call Mr. Humphrey did, and we are happy about that.\r
