We recently purchased a Lincoln MKX from Drivers Select and I feel compelled to commend you on your sales staff and in particular Steven Gayle. I had visited several dealerships without my husband and was discouraged from buying from any of them due to their hard sell technique and aggressive sales staff. My husband had heard your advertising on The Ticket radio station so we went to your site and we found the perfect vehicle for me. We came to your facility to view and test drive, we were warmly greeted by Steven and we told him exactly what we were looking for. Unfortunately that particular vehicle was not yet ready and available so Steven offered another MKX for us to test drive. The test drive confirmed that we did indeed want to purchase the unavailable MKX and we had told Steven that our intention was to purchase that day but not once did he try to re-direct us to a different vehicle in order to make the sale on that day, instead he explained your ""Recon"" process and offered to monitor the vehicle and advise us immediately upon it's release.
