Dr. Munk has taken care of my teeth since I was in elementary school (I'm now 26) and he has always been wonderful. I have never had any cavities. He is conservative in recommending 'intrusive dentistry', which I appreciate. He removed one of my wisdom teeth, and I had to have a wisdom tooth pulled by another dentist because I was away for school, and the contrast was huge! Dr. Munk's work was fast and only mildly painful, while the other dentist took twice as long, and my mouth took 3x as long to heal. I credit Dr. Munk's skill for the difference. He is great. more

My main complaint with dentists in general is that they tend to be too eager to remove teeth and operate. Not so with Dr. Munk. He is conservatively cautious before operating, and tries to use the least invasive technique possible. This translates to less pain and less money wasted on a tooth that didn't have to be removed in the first place. If you want glamour and a fancy looking office, go to elsewhere. If you want simple, honest, competant dentistry, Dr. Munk is your man. I trust him with my children as well! more

Referral 10/24/2005

I have used this dentist a couple of times - he is a nice guy. A plain and simple office, but he came with a great referral from another dentist in Northgate. more
