Just awful 4/21/2014

Don't go to this office. I wish there was a 0 stars check box. I went there in good faith after my dentist of 4 years left the practice. The dentist they gave me did not even introduce himself to me. He then joked about "giving me a deal on composite" , when he was finished the filling he gave me was HUGE and messed up my bite. The professional dentist I went to after said (5 times) that the filling was "really big" and could possibly give me long term nerve damage. Not to mention the fact that the service was charged nearly $100.00 over what I had originally been quoted. The front desk was condescending and offered me a different dentist because that Dr. is no longer with the practice. I didn't want to risk my teeth to their horrible hiring decisions. Overall it was a horrible experience. I can't say enough bad things about them. more

I love my new dentist! 4/18/2014

I just started going here in January. This office is clean, friendly and up on all the latest and greatest! I feel very take care of. I would recommend this office to all my friends and family!!!! If you are looking for a dentist in downtown Seattle, Dr. Anderson and staff are totally worth the try! more

Don't Go Here. 1/29/2014

I only wish I could give a zero. I was not made aware that my dentist had left this practice. Needing two fillings I went ahead and trusted this practice. MISTAKE. The dentist that did the fillings did not even introduce himself. As he was doing the fillings, he seemed to be drilling for a long time, he joked and said I was getting a "deal" on composite. The filling is destroying the crown below it and has been giving me headaches since. They said they would "fix my issue and that the dentist that did the wok "no longer works here". Good for them, but I ill not be going back there, if they hire that caliber of dentist, it is NOT worth the risk. Also my bill was nearly $100.00 more than I was quoted originally. I fear there will be a lawsuit in their future. more

LOVING DOWNTOWN DENTAL!!!! 7/6/2007

Dr. Lee, Gina, and Kimberly are top not professionals. It was recommended by a friend to see Dr. Lee after I had been through some of the most horrifying dental experiences you could possibly imagine. My teeth were in really poor shape. Dr. Lee very tenderly went to work on my entire mouthful of problems. She explains in detail what needs to be done and will consult with other professionals if there is any question about the next steps in your mind. She is charming and genuinely cares about her patients and their dental health. I do not agree with 2 cavities for all…Dr. Lee could have gouged me many times and to be quite honest, after seeing her for more than 4 years, those types of thoughts don’t enter her mind. I will continue to refer my friends, colleagues and family to Dr. Lee who saved my mouth! more

Excellent Dentist 1/2/2007

Dr. Lee to be an excellent dentist. I had not seen a dentist for about 10 years, and both her and her staff are thorough and gentle (as dentists go). Yes, she did find 2 small cavities, but she showed me the x-rays and let me know that I could either wait to see if they became an issue or just have them fixed. I chose to fix them. My last dentist was telling me that I had six trouble spots, however, I could not see them on the x-rays. I find them to be very friendly, personable, and informative. I would recommend her to any of my friends, and I have! more

2 cavities for all 12/7/2005

I would NOT recommend this dentist. She finds 2 cavities in every patient that she sees (5/5 of my coworkers/friends and I). As I have only had 1 cavity in 28 years (and it was from a broken tooth) I asked why all of a sudden I had 2 cavities and she could not give me a satisfactory answer. Plus she was not friendly. The only good thing I will say is that they give you a parking token for the Pacific Place garage (although just about every dentist in the building gives these) and the hygienists are very thorough (~1 hour to clean, albeit a bit painful). FYI...I just had an appointment with my second opinion dentist (Dr. Roger J. Harper)...he told me that I do not have any cavities, just some minor staining. He said the most he would recommend (if the staining gets worse) is to seal the teeth. more

Good, Thorough Downtown Dentist 11/23/2005

Professional staff with very thorough dental hygenists. They cater to a professional crowd and open at 7am so you can get your route canal before hitting the office. Dr. Jaenny Lee was great and I'd recommend her practice to anyone looking for dental services downtown. more
