I received my order with some damage. A new door was shipped promptly. The doors work perfectly. Even my seventy-eight year old mother can manually operate a ten foot by eight foot door. more

2 Years ago I ordered a 5-1/2 ft rollup door for the back of my garage to replace my normal walk out door. I watched the videos on the website and read the help files and ordered my door online. After ordering I received a phone call and email to confirm that what I ordered online is what I really wanted, and that I had understood the instructions online and had understood what measurements they required to complete my order. The price was right, the product arrived un-damaged, and I still have a great looking and working door. Thank You, Dan more

From the first phone call to delivery, the service and product were exceptional. It did take awhile to find you on the internet and would recommend somehow having greater visibility for the public. Saved so much money and got top quality garage doors for the price of standard doors at the big box store. Just excellent! more

I purchased a 12X12 with chain operator and I installed it myself, yes all by myself, without the use of any machinery I would like to add, all though I don't recommend it. The only negative thing I've noticied is when rolling up where the seams are that join sections of the door you can feel tight spots but it's no big deal. more

These folks bid the lowest online for a custom size fully insulated 20x9 door, and it is obviously very high quality materials. My professional installer agreed and said it was the largest door he has installed. more

What clinched the sale for me was their Surprise, AZ. location. Since I couldn't afford shipping costs and I live in SW Colorado, I drove down and picked the doors up. The yard 'help' deserves bonus $$$. I was loaded and gone BEFORE the published opening time (7AM). 5 stars is excellent. The 'yard' deserves 6 stars for oustanding. Tell them to keep up the good work when they get their bonus $$$. more

On the plus side, they agreed to bring the doors from Orlando to Clermont. On the other hand, I had to make two trips to Clermont. The first time they called that my doors had arrived, they were actually someone elses. more
