2 Years ago I ordered a 5-1/2 ft rollup door for the back of my garage to replace my normal walk out door. I watched the videos on the website and read the help files and ordered my door online. After ordering I received a phone call and email to confirm that what I ordered online is what I really wanted, and that I had understood the instructions online and had understood what measurements they required to complete my order.
