I bought a Sunpak 622 from their ebay store and it didn't work right so I sent it back.
The said they sent the refund but it's been over a month.
The refuse to let me speak with the boss.
They say they sent it and that's all they can do.
They keep saying that I have to wait.
They won't cancel the check and issue another one.
They've ignored messages from ebay and the Better Business Bureau.
It looks like the figure they can just wait me out since I'm in NJ and they're in CA and there's nothing I can do that doesn't cost more than the $100 they owe me.
