Domestic Uniform Rental

I've had several suppliers in the past and in my experience domestic uniform rental blows them out if the water! It's like night and day compared to other companies I've used when it comes to service, quality and prices. It's like dealing with another dept. of my business. With my experiences in the past I'm confident ill be Their customer for years to come.\r \r Couldn't be more satisfied! more

My story is like most of the other stories i've read on here. I told my sales woman i was still under contract, she said no problem. I signed the contract and told her to hold it until i give her verbal approval after i squared up with the other company. She said ok on a thursday and on monday against my wishes i had uniforms show up. i denied them and shortly after came the high pressure sales men with sue threatening letters. My advise is to steer clear of Domestic Uniforms but by the time you read this its probably to late. more

They came in and gave me good rates. I still was under contract with other vendor, and i told them that I wont do business with them until I cancel contract with other company. They sad just go ahead and sign the contract so we can speed up the process, and they sad if you can't cancel then you wont have problem stoping this one.....So i called them and told them that I can't cancel but they sad that you signed contract with us and you have to pay....Now they are tring to sue me for breach of contract.......what a scam they are pulling.....I'm reporting that to BBB for fals preatences for getting clients......... more

I always get my supplies back from the laundry. My delivery person counts my towels and uniforms and services my restrooms every week without any hassles or headaches. I am getting exactly what I was promised when I switched to Domestic. more

I was a driver for Doemstic Uniform for a few months several years ago and I would recommend that nobody ever does business with them. They would constantly short me on supplies and expect me to tell my customers that it was their fault because they didn't turn enough product back in. Their invoices are purposefully misleading so that another company can't tell what's going on if they get a hold of an invoice. The 5 year contract is true and a nightmare, I had been screamed at and thrown out of angry customer's establishments and couldn't blame them a bit for their anger. This has absurdly unethical practices and encourages them amongst employees. On a side note the owner is so paranoid about industrial espionage that the company (at least at the branch level) has no computers, everything is done on carbon paper with a vast filing system. You will be better off with any other company, please do not sign anything a salesmen puts in front of you! more

I was tricked into signing a 5-year contract by their rep saying I can try it for 30 days and then cancel.Of course after 2 weeks of lousy service I tried to cancel but there was suddenly no rep, no customer service to answer. One of owners finally said it is OK to stop when we want, return the equipment. After minor improvement I kept them for 5 months, closed business and told them I have no need for their services. Year and a half later!!!!!!!I got a letter asking $5300 for breach of contract (canceling before 5-year term out). Now they say they take me to court!!!! Do not ever try there lousy service people! This company completely misled us and tricked us into signing a 5-year contract. There services sucked and when we tried to break the contract as promised when we orginally signed - they refused to stop. Customer service? Please - there is no such thing at Domestic Uniform.\r \r The towels and aprons came back ripped and dirty, took a month to get a laundry bin.\r \r You CAN break the contract - just read the very very fine print in the 4 - 5 page 8 font contract.\r \r STAY AWAY from these people!! I signed a contract with Domestic, which seems to be an industry standard, and I am plesently surprised with thier service and pricing. I had a horrible opinion going into this agreement, and have been surprised at thier ability to service a small account like my own. My guys are clean, and happy, and my wife loves that she doesnt have to wash my dirty clothes anymore. Horrible service. Uniforms always came back dirty, torn or missing. Had a new driver every few weeks. All complaints went thru supervisor, had a new supervisor every few months , who didnt keep the promises of the past supervisors ! Deliveries were never on time, constantly forgot to pickup dirty uniforms and towels. Prices were cheap, but you get what you pay for ! Couldn't wait for the 5 year contract to expire !!!
