Massage Bliss 8/15/2009

I've had many massages in my life, but Bianca at Dolce Arrowhead is at the top of my list! She has strong, healing hands that seem to magically pinpoint every achy muscle. Even if you don't have problem areas to focus on, Bianca's massages are blissfully relaxing! You won't regret an hour with Bianca...it's worth every cent. Pros: Very relaxing, upscale atmosphere more

Relaxing, great atmosphere and even affordable. 8/11/2009

I had a spa day at the Arrowhead Dolce Salon and Spa location with a friend of mine. This was my third visit and it did not disappoint. We received massages, facials and the chocolate pedicure. Everything was so relaxing and the atmosphere was very peaceful. I had been to several day spas before and this is by far the best. I can't wait to go again soon with all of the summer specials they are offering. Pros: Specials and services are fantastic. more

Great Facial 8/6/2009

The decor at Dolce Salon and Spa is stunning! I received a facial when I was 8 months pregnant and was able to relax for the first time in my whole pregnancy. The music, lighting, and even the complimentary beverages were perfect! The facial was great but the environment really enhanced the experience! Pros: Simple to book online more

Dolce Rox!! 8/4/2009

I love going to Dolce, not only for the atmoshpere but more importantly for my hairstylist!! She is awesome! I am a really difficult person to please and my schedule can make me appear flaky. She has never once held it against me and she is the only person I trust or feel comfortable with. She is a supa star and I would not trade her for anything. When the time comes for me to leave AZ, the only thing that I will be sad about is leaving my hairstylist. LOVE LOVE LOVE Dolce! i love this place. the first time i went was just because i was in the area and decided i wanted a haircut. i used to travel 30 miles to get my hair done but decided to give dolce a try. well they got me in with marianne and she did a fantastic job!!!! i've been going to her ever since for my hair. i also get my eyebrows waxed there and they do a wonderful job. i don't think i've ever been fortunate enough to have the same aesthetician twice but they all do a good job. there are so many with different hours, the one before never seems to be there when i have time to go again but it doesn't stop them from giving a quality service! i also tried their mystic tan. i look forward to trying more of their services in the future. the staff is always so friendly as well. Pros: Marianne is the best hair stylist!!! Cons: Never get the same aesthetician twice. more

Nice place for a massage 7/3/2009

In my recent visit to Dolce Salon and Spa at Arrowhead on 8/25 I had a Swedish massage completed. The waiting area was very relaxing with drinks, a waterfall type fountain and a fire place. When I went back for the massage it was very comfortable and relaxing. The massage was great, and the masseuse was great about verifying the level of pressure I wanted for the massage. The massage was really great and I felt very relaxed afterward. I really enjoyed my experience at Dolce and plan to go back in the future for more services. Pros: Great Massage more

On August 29th, my daughter and I celebrated her 14th birthday by spending the entire afternoon at Dolce?s Arrowhead location. We had signed up for a summer Staycation where would both have massages, facials, spa pedicures with gel polish and a shampoo/blow-dry ? all for an incredibly low price. AWESOME SALON 6/25/2009

I absolutely Love Dolce Salon and Spa. I think that Dolce has excellent customer service when you walk in and they are efficient at getting people in on-time for their appointments, especially when they have multiple ones on the same day. Jeremy Mcginis does my hair, and he does the best, most natural looking job. He works well with every individual clients coloring specific to them to create a look that complements all of their features. Jeremy will give you advice if you are unsure as to what type of color/style you are looking for, and its always beneficial. He is always really friendly, and upbeat too, so he is fun to chat with while doing your hair. I also like the general decor of the salon, it is welcoming, and unique! more

Great getaway for BFF 6/22/2009

My best freind visited from out of town last summer and I had been cooped up in the house with a new baby for 3 months. We had an afternoon at the Arrowhead location and it was awesome! Had some trouble finding it even though it's right there on the freeway! My BF had the spa pedicure and it looked much better than my regular one. However, we both had reflexology, and I don't remember what happened because I completely fell asleep after a few minutes! That means it must have been great. Spa products are always great here and I bought a Figi body lotion that I still love and recommend. Can't wait to try their other services! Pros: Facilities and reflexology Cons: reg pedicures more

Go See Zac 6/20/2009

I had a less than desireable cut, but I went and saw Zac who corrected the issue and I left a much satisfied customer. Zac was professional, knowledgable, experienced and made my experience EXCELLENT! If you need a new stylist go to Dolce and ask for Zac! I completely trust him with my hair! The girls at the front desk were amazing and on top of everything there, DOLCE is a supporter of the Princess Project that supports AZ Foster GIrls.....go to their website and chek out this AMAZING project. Great place to get a massage 6/15/2009

I decided to take my mother some where different this year and thought it would be a nice treat to take her to a spa. She is in her 50s and had never had a massage! She is a very modest person and had no idea what to expect. I had only had one full body massage which I received in Vegas and that experience was nice but VERY different. The massage therapists @ Dolce were wonderful!! They didn't force us to do anything and were VERY considerate of my mother's modesty. The massages relaxed us so much that we went home to eat dinner and fell right asleep. Because of the wonderful experience I had @ Dolce, I have decided to pamper myself every few months. I would recommend Dolce to any of my friends @ family!! Pros: Great hospitality!! Cons: A little on the pricy side more

The Best In Town! 6/14/2009

I have been going to Dolce at Arrowhead for over a year now and each time the experience has been amazing! The girls at the front desk are always customer friendly and check you in right away. I have received many haircuts, color, and nail sets and each time walk away happy. They make sure they know what you want and after make sure you are happy with each appointment. I have been to many other top salons in the valley and Dolce by far is the best! Pros: Always leave happy Cons: I have yet to find anything bad! more

High end salon with out the pretentious feel! 6/12/2009

My very first experience at Dolce was in April of 2009. I had known about the salon for some time as my roommate frequented it often. Before I experienced Dolce myself, I thought of it as just another high end, overpriced, snooty salon. I would tease my roommate about being pretentious and spending too much on her salon services. Finally, she convinced me I had to try going there, that she knew I would love it and their prices weren't as bad as I thought. Dolce was running specials at the time so I ended up being able to get a bikini wax, leg wax, and facial all for significantly less than the mediocre salon I usually went to. I can't say enough about my first visit. The staff was incredibly friendly. I felt at ease, even in my gym sweats. Everyone was fun to talk to and seemed to really like being there. When you are waiting they bring you to this beautiful peaceful luxurious room to spend your time in until you get your services done. They provide you iced tea, lemonade, or water and you sit on a plush leather couch with an abundance of soft pillows surrounding you. Calm soothing music plays in the background as you watch the beautiful fireplace or listen to the cascading glass waterfalls, all while you are facing an amazing view of the Arrowhead area. I made a joke to my roommate as we waited that I would pay money just to sit in that room. Receiving my salon services was an absolute pleasure as well...and since I was getting waxed that says a lot! Danielle takes her time and takes every measure she can to minimize the pain, in fact, it was the least painful waxing experience I have had. The facial she gave me was AMAZING. I have been given gift certificates to high end spas and had many different facials and I can say bar none this was the best facial I have EVER had. I left that day feeling amazing, relaxed, beautiful, and already thinking about my next visit at Dolce! I couldn't wait to go back...Dolce can count on me as a regular from now on. They more than won me over. :) Pros: Welcoming staff, beautiful building, awesome promos! Cons: None that I can think of! more

Waxing 6/8/2009

I had a great experience at Dolce Salon & Spa. I went for a bikini waxing (my first ever) and I was very nervous. Danielle, the lady who did my waxing, was professional, courteous, and informative. She made the visit as comfortable as possible and I would recommend their services. I will definitely be going back. Pros: Professional and Quick Cons: It hurts...duuuuhhhh more
