I visited the Arrowhead location along with my mother (I referred her) this past weekend and we both loved our services. I initially was taken aback that my gel manicure and spa pedicure started about 20 minutes late, but all that changed when I was greeted by Sharon. Sharon was extremely pleasant and knowledgeable about her craft. She offered me numerous options for my gel manicure and was meticulous (a good thing) in completing my set perfectly. When we moved on to the pedicure, she was even more amazing. She went the extra step to make sure my mother (who had completed her body polish session) was comfortable sitting next to me in the spa chair. She even provided her with a warm neck pillow while she waited with me. Sharon kept her station neat and tidy at all times and really made me feel special and relaxed. She informed me after I inquired about the 1,2,3,4 system instilled at Dolce that she was ""a level 1"", but in my eyes--Sharon is a ten. I will definitely be back to see her for future services. Terrible! Do not use Dolce for your wedding! They require you to work through one person who is very over loaded and can communicate through email only. It took several days to receive a return email. I found out this is a Dolce wide policy too! They also charge way way more for the same services when they are connected to a wedding. Recently tried Dolce for a manicure. Worst experience I have ever had with a Salon. New nail salon employee. Didn't know the code for a French tip used by the person who took my call so she expected to do a manicure and a pedicure. She wasn't trained to use gel polish so I waited 45 minutes while she attempted to get permission to do the manicure. I was charged for a person with more training, which I did not understand why if she wasn't even trained to do the manicure I requested. The manicure started peeling off in two days. I request that they fix the manicure, which the did, but the fix was much worse. They over used a dremel tool, destroyed my nails. The new manicure was terrible, blobs of polish on my pinkie nails, breaking and chipping immediately. I have had too many negative experiences with Dolci, especially with their incredibly high, high prices. more

WOW! I just had the best haircut of my life! I met Brody tonight for a cut and style at the Arrowhead loction and my experience with her was amazing. Before we got started, we chatted a bit about what I was looking for in a cut. She listened to what I wanted and delivered. She easily found things we had in common to chat about during the cut. I left feeling HOT with volume up to the sky! I cant wait to get my hands on my hair and see what I can do with it! more

Happy Momma!! 12/15/2011

SUPER AWESOME! I have been thrilled since getting my haircut with Belle and Tia (almost 3 weeks ago). I had a bit of a hair crisis, and desperately needed help. The gal at the front desk when I first walked in, listened to what I needed and found the best stylist for me. The salon is beautiful and makes you feel fabulous! I don't have a ton of money, but walking through there, I felt like a million bucks. Just the confidence boost I needed as a new mom. I am excited to continue on as a Dolce customer!! (Especially after moving from my previous salon, which I was a loyal customer for 5 years.) If you follow their Facebook page and Twitter, you can see last minute deals and other specials they have. more

LOVE DOLCE!!!! 9/23/2011

I LOVE this place!!! I have used most of their services and have never been disappointed. Two of my favorites for facials are Lucy and Sid. They are both amazing!!! My mom loves Stacy for facials. Massages by Noemi are perfectly delightful and hair by Brittany is beyond impressive. I am completely hooked on Dolce at Arrowhead!!! They are also super generous with deals. For example, occasionally they will offer what they call ""hunies"", which is how I was first introduced to Dolce (my sis gave me a ""hunie"" for Christmas last year). They are sort of like gift cards that can only be used for full price services (not products) but the hunie card is offered at a hugely discounted price. Beyond that, they offer last minute ""hookups"" that you learn about on their Facebook page.....pretty much weekly! There are always great deals, they really take care of their customers. I'm am a forever fan - and can't wait for my next appointment!! more

Long live Dolce! 8/29/2011

Dolce is the only place that I can go where the stylist will listen to and execute exactly what I want done. I walk out of there feeling like a million bucks every single time. Their staff have always been super friendly. They only use verified top of the line products. It's clean and nicely decorated. I would recommend it to anyone. LOVE DOLCE! more

Great Skin Care!!!! 7/5/2011

I had a facial at the arrowhead location back on the 12th of June and it was amazing!!! The staff is amazing it was my first facial EVER and I felt so relaxed and so informed after I was done. Things I had never known about my face I know now and better yet I now know how to take care of it. This mom of 4 will always take time out of my day to wash my face the right way now! The products used I just had to buy it.. My face feels fantastic and I will never use any other product on my face ever again! I love the fact that its organic and its like raw food for my face as well I am a red head and have very sensitive skin and everything I use burns or has an all Allergic reaction to it.. I am now a believer in you Dolce and this Eminece product Blueberry Soy cleanser and the Greens Whip moisturizer and am in Thank you Eminece for making a GREAT product AND THANK YOU DOLCE for using there product.. more

AMAZING!!! 6/6/2011

My daughter turned me onto Dolce after finding them through a Groupon offer. After seeing her mani/pedi, I was pretty envious. She treated me to a gel spa pedicure this past Saturday, and I hafta say I can?t stop looking at my toes!!! I got a gel pedi with glitter and WOW! I love how shiny they are with the gel finish, but adding that glitter?. They sparkle!!!! I work around children and they just love how bright and sparkly they are. I have to give a shout out to Diana, who did my toes and also to Camille who did my daughter?s mani/pedi. They both are so talented and sweet. They made me feel at home. The salon? wow?. Just wow. It?s amazing!!! 3 stories with hair, nails, massage, boutique, relaxation room, and a event room on top! The place is huge and the d?cor is awesome. I love the chandeliers!!! If you?ve never been, and the price is what is holding you back ? join their Facebook page and watch for deals. They also have lots of hookups and ways to earn credit towards products and services. You NEVER have to pay full price. more

Super FAB!!! 5/23/2011

I was roped in by a Groupon offer, which made it possible for my checkbook to go. I have since found out there are TONS of ways to minimize your bill because they make up fun ways to get Dolce Dollars, and have hookUPs 'n Hunie's which make it possible for me to make it back. I have gotten fabulous service on my fingers/toes and even had a wonderful Coconut Fiji Scalp Massage that left my hair feeling FABULOUS! I got so make compliments on my super girly, glittery gel nails! Vera is super sweet and she takes the time to educate you on how the product works. They also have pretty good makeup products that actually have good pigment! Thanks Dolce!!! more

I love Doce Salon 5/18/2011

I went to the Arrowhead Spa today to get an eyebrow reshape from Amanda. It was my first time there and I was pretty nervous since I have hadreally bad luck with my eyebrows in the past. When I pulled up the spawas so beautiful I felt a little more relaxed already. Amanda was reallyfriendly and listened to everything I had to say about my eyebrows (whichwas a lot). She was very patient and made sure to get feedback from meabout how I like my eyebrows. We talked about some of the arches andspaces and she recomended a product to fill in some of the spaces to lookmore full. I am happy with my experience at Dolce and will be returningnext week to get my hair cut. I am excited to visit my new go to salonand spa! Sincerely, Cassandra Geremia more

Best pedicure in the valley! 2/23/2011

I recently went to Dolce at Arrowhead for the first time for a pedicure. I must say, I was blown away at how relaxing the atmosphere was. I work two jobs and go to school full time, so my pedicures need to be a relaxing experience and lately they all fall way short of me being pleased or relaxed with the service. I believe her name was Diana, and she was so great. She talked to me throughout when I initiated it, leaving me in silence to relax when i wanted it. She did a GREAT job on my pedicure. It felt so amazing and was probably by far my best experience ever. I love the spa, I love the treatment I get there by everyone I come in contact with from passing by stylists to the counter girls checking me in. more

Love this salon!!! 2/14/2011

was in the Arrowhead location last Monday (I think) and had my firstmanicure!!! I loved it, I am pretty sure her name was Crystal, she did anawesome job. I have two little ones so it has been about 3 years since Ihave had a manicure. I waited so long cuz the polish never lasted morethan a day or two. I HATE fingernails that are polished and look horrible.I decided to give the gel a try, well it has been over a week and theylook fantastic! I will be doing manicures at least once every 3 weeks now.I also had the sugar coconut oil rub applied. I am extremely frugal andNEVER EVER buy luxuries like this, well I bought it and LOVE it! My littlegirl loves to smell me My husband likes it also more

Great Visit! 2/10/2011

I had an appt for a partial color with Teagan. I will start off by admitting that normally I am too cheap to pay someone to color my hair - however after receiving a Hunie for Christmas and encouragement from my friend Heather to check out Dolce, I made the appt. Right away upon arriving, I was impressed, as I checked in and headed over to the waiting area, and didn't have to wait at all. Teagan took time with me to go over the color swatches, and choose the right colors to highlight my natural color - she did a great job. The end result - was perfect! I am so happy with my hair, it turned out SO well. 3 wks later, I still absolutely love it! I have thrown out all the boxed color in my cabinet - LOL, and have another appt at the end of February with Teagan for a cut and partial highlight. The front desk was also very attentive checking in and checking out (as well as when I called them with questions before my appt). more

Best Salon and Spa Ever!!! 1/2/2011

I LOVE DOLCE!!! They are so generous with their specials on facebook. I was going to Dolce so often I even became a member because of all the great deals for members. I've loved every service I've had there... For starters I love Breanna who does my haircut and Brazilian blow out. Love the combination massage with the hot stones, love the figi hot oil scalp massage, love their custom organic facial, oh yeah and i absolutely love their custom makeup :) Oh and I love the girls that answer the phones. They are so kind, patient and helpful. I can't tell you how many times I've called with questions or about booking and they never rush me, have all the answers, and have such great customer service. Best customer service ever! Everyone at the salon is so helpful, kind and professional. I've never had a bad experience!!! more

First Dolce Experience 11/23/2010

I used the Versa spa at dolce arrowhead today which was amazing! I love my tan so so much! Ilove that it gives me a bronze color and not an orangy color like otherspray tans I have done in the past. I was greeted by Chantel at the front desk who was very friendly and helpful! When I came into Dolce she quickly got me checked in and on my way out talked with me about how I liked the Versa. Every person working at Dolce that I have spoken with has been extremely friendly and helpful. They have great services and a great staff to make it even better! I can't wait to go back for my tan next week and am planning on getting a glitter gel manicure soon! :) more

Wonderful Haircut!! 10/7/2010

I visited the Arrowhead location a couple of weeks ago for a haircut. Danielle was my stylist and she did a fantastic job. I had shoulder length hair with a couple of layers, but I did not like it anymore as my hair gets stringy when it starts getting long. So, I found a picture online of a cute bob that I wanted. I was so nervous because I've had my hair cut short at other places and never liked the way it looked. Danielle and her assistant put me at ease right away. They were both very nice and professional. After Danielle was done and turned me around to see my new cut I was so surprised at what a great job she did. I LOVE my new haircut and will go to Danielle every time I need a trim. more
