When you call Ms. Dieffenbach's office you should expect to leave a message and wait for a return caa that rarely or never comes. If you are a first time caller you will think you have reached a home number as there is no information such as a name given. When you do talk to Roxann she is distracted and is confused about details of the case, even having the wrong date written down and arguing about it even though her date fell on a Saturday. more
