Designer Dogs

umm no yu can take yer pet her there is nothing wrong with this shop yu have know idea what they go threw all day everyday they work and stand and yes by the end of the day they are a lil cranky that doesnt mean that yu get on thie web sight and tell people not to go here now come on people if yu owned a shop and one day yu got bit by a dog or yu where just having a bad day and yu where rude to me would yu want me to get online and say not to come back to yer shop every again like really this is stuff we did in kindergarden people just give them another shot even though they where rude to yu a lil bit and they dont keep the dogs in a small cage all day they have HUGE cages in the back yu just cant see them and if its soo bad yu dont ever want to go back then why where they still open after 25 years and when yu saw yer dog did yer face just light up when uy saw how pretty her/she was and the price at petsmart and petco they charge 64$ just to do a poodle they charged 24$ that is a big dif soo yes go to DESIGNER DOGS but they have moved soo call more

Extremely bad service. I have a mini schnauzer and they do a good job as far as grooming. Unfortunately, it come with very aggressive service. They talk down to you. They tried to tell me what cut to give my dog. They misquote prices. Not to mention, when I pick my dog up he is not his playful self. He cowers for hours in the corner as if he has been mistreated. Please do not take your pet here!!! more

I have never been treated so bad at any business before. They locked up my dog four hours, did not care to inform me and had the courage to pull him out of the bathroom right in front of me. The staff is very rude and don't even try to complain about anything. They will practically bite your head off, that's how bad they will insult you if you pick a flaw. I took my soft coated wheaten in and asked for a trim and shampoo...what I got was a once fluffy loveble 30 pound puppy that now looks like an over-sized snauzer-poodle mix( nothing against snauzers or poodles) but my fluffy benji-type dog cannot sport that look...and all I got was ....""I think this look is better for your dog...$48, please!"" They shaved my dog bald, after I asked for just a little trim and made her look like a f*#king rodent!!! and didn't even acknoledge how they trashed my dog!...I am not a crazy ""Best of Breed"" fanatic, and I rarely send a dog to a groomer, but I was sorely dissapointed with the customer service and the talent(or the lack thereof) of the groomer....I will cuss this place for months until my poor dog(who now probably has a low self-esteem) has grown her hair out and we can forget about this whole experience. Pros: my dog at least smelled good Cons: Oh, boy...they f#cked her up more
