My experience with Dentiq has been exceptional. A different dental office in every way conceivable. Five star customer service. The most qualified professionals with unequaled experience. I was completely comfortable from A to Z -- Just like my Cadillac, the price was more but I am convinced that it was worth every single penny with unequaled value. I was really excited on my first visit, as the atmosphere was trendy and staff was nice. Unfortunately, they are extremely unprofessional with their billing practices. I did not get notified that I still owed money until almost a year later, and that the bill was almost $1000.! What a terrible surprise. Do not believe them if they tell you that insurance will cover your procedure. Also, I had a second opinion on the work performed by a more trusted Dentist. Turns out, I really did not have to have all of the work done in the first place. Well, now I know not to go back there. more

When I first found out about Dentiq Dentistry online I was immediately curious at all it had to offer. I couldn't wait to get an appointment. When I walked in the door I was amazed at its contemporary, chic style and relaxed setting. Everyone was upbeat and friendly. It didn't take long before we were taking photos and x-rays of my teeth. After a short wait I met Dr. Sista DDS and told him I wanted full dentures. He then walked me through my options that were best for me. I was nervous and anxious but knew this is truly what I wanted. This was over a month ago and I now have my new teeth which I get compliments on every day. Thanks to Dr. Sista and Dr. Ngyuen, and their staff. This is the best thing I have ever done for myself and I'm glad I didn't wait till I got older. For a beautiful smile, this is the place for you. more

I have heard wonderful things about Dentiq (and I drive by the office every day on may way to work) so I dropped in one day to inquire about making an appointment for a smile makeover. All of my friends have had it done there, and they look fantastic. That day was 6 months ago. I'm not going to harp about how wonderful Dr. Johnson is - it appears that everyone already knows... There's even a two star review that is complimentary in nature about her (lol). My experience with Dentiq throughout the process was nothing short of First Class! I got exactly what I wanted in terms of comfort, looks, punctuality and overall outcome. Due to the patient demand of Dr. Johnson and her full schedule, I had to schedule my treatment appointment 2 months out which was a much longer wait than I was happy to accept at the time but it all makes sense now - it was worth every minute of it. more

I've been a patient since November 2009, with appointments every four-six weeks. So I have some insight into the pluses and minuses of Dentiq. One big problem is that if you have an emergency, they are NOT available on weekends - not for emergency treatment, not for phone consultation, nothing. Sure you can leave a message with their answering service, but the service told me no one even picks up the messages until Monday. So good luck to ya! I currently am having a problem (caused by one of their assistants at my most recent appointment) and now must seek another dentist to get this resolved. Very stressful, and a frustrating waste of my time, and now I'll be paying someone else to correct Dentiq's mistake because this can't wait until Monday. Another problem is that Dr. Johnson is great, but her assistants are relatively inexperienced and inconsistent in their capabilities. If you choose to have work done at Dentiq, insist that everything be done by Dr. Johnson. This isn't the first time I've had something redone or repaired because an assistant messed up. The office decor is fun, the staff are nice, and I love Dr. Johnson. I truly wish I could rate Dentiq higher than two stars, but enough is enough. more

There's a review online that reads ""Dentiq is like the Gucci of Cosmetic Dentistry..."" I asked my circle of friends as well as my family dentist for recommendations and invariably, Dentiq was a reoccurring theme so I decided to pay them a visit. Not like your average dental office, that's for sure! The visit was more thorough than anywhere else I had been - I liked that. I also appreciated that the cosmetic dentist, Dr. Johnson, is a woman. Nothing against you men but generally speaking, women have this innate, acute awareness and artistic sensibility that offers superior credentials over an equally experienced cosmetic dentist of the other gender (I can say this because my profession requires me to know these nuances). While I really liked everything that I saw and heard, I really liked the way my appointment felt... It felt right. Up to this point, I don't know where the whole Gucci of Cosmetic Dentistry thing came from but I soon discovered it when I left my first treatment visit with a smile makeover. It was perfect. My smile was / is perfect! In the sense of uncompromising value, they are very much like a luxury brand. more

The dentist that I had been seeing for 17 years told me that I needed a handful of teeth to come out and that dental implants might work... He then tells me that he does not offer this service so he referred me to ""Dentiq Dentistry"" for treatment. After a very thorough consultation (with multiple specialists), it turns out that I needed a full mouth reconstruction. The reason that I am writing this review is because it has been 3 months since my treatment was completed and I could not be more pleased with the outcome. More importantly, I have a new found appreciation that I would like to express. I love the way that my new teeth feel and function, and I especially love the way that they look. I have a brother and a friend that had similar procedures done called the ""all on four"" to fix their teeth too. They both endured a much longer, much more tedious process than I. Without going into too much detail, what makes Dentiq special is that they are a full-service dental implant center with state of the art technology, full-service lab capabilities and specialists that comprise the entire treatment team. For instance, I had a board certified Periodontist, a board certified Prosthodontist and a board certified Anesthesiologist complete my treatment in just one appointment. I did not feel a single thing thing nor did I endure any downtime afterward. In contrast, my brother bounced around between 3 different offices for his treatment and he did not have IV sedation as I did, and my friend had all of his procedures done by one doctor who calls himself a reconstruction dentist (what is that anyway?). Unfortunately, this friend is still going through the process and he started his treatment before I did. In summary, my experience seemed so simple, convenient, professional and uneventful, that I did not fully appreciate Dentiq until I learned about the experience of others at other offices. With that said, I love my new teeth and I am genuinely grateful for the wonderful experience with Dentiq. Thank you to each and every one of you. - Jim more

\r I have had tooth aches and pain and just was not happy with my smile. I went to Dentiq and the staff was very polite and caring. Finally when I got seen it was complementary and I was told what work I needed and that my smile can be restored. I went for my appointment and the Hygenist (Susana) was very caring and friendly. I feel better and since I have a wedding coming up I will be able to smile. I look foward to my next appointment. more

Dr. Johnson is my new best friend! I wish I had found Dentiq before I got my first set of veneers. Two years ago I went to a cosmetic dentist that was suppose to give me the perfect smile. Instead, he gave me a headache (literally) and smile design that I could not grow to love. After enduring two sets of new veneers, I was still not happy so I decided to visit with Dr. Johnson at Dentiq. With their treatment and design technologies, and protocols for everything, it became crystal clear that this is how it should be. While I was visiting for my consultation, I met two of her patients that had their veneers done with her - they looked beautiful! Every interaction with Dentiq seems to be at least a class or two above anywhere else. I had my final veneers placed last Tuesday. I had no idea that new veneers would change so much. I don't usually write reviews but I felt compelled to because of the Excellent experience I had there. Im not going yo give you a play by play, but just know that every aspect of my experience was perfect. I went there to get some veneers done. I had been searching for the perfect place for a few years, and am so happy that I waited that long. They worked with me on the price, were extremely honest about things, and were so accomodating with everything. I have had consultations at the best cosmetic dentists in this city and this place by far exceeds everything from price to the actual final result. I can't forget to mention the decor. Amazing. I did the front 4 teeth and you can't even tell the difference between my veneers and my real teeth. Dr Johnson and the whole staff are amazing! I am really impressed with Dentiq. They are located across the street from The Tavern at West Gray and Waugh. They do general dentistry as well as cosmetic and oral surgery.\r \r I called yesterday about 3:45 about whether or not a tooth needed to be extracted or saved with a root canal. Twenty minutes later I was being scanned by their 3D 360 degree scanning machine (one of three in Houston). If you are a patient at Dentiq the scan is free. If you are referred, your dentist will charge $350. After analysis it was decided extraction was the best option and I have an appointment at 1:00 today for that procedure.\r \r When I compare this to to other dentists in the area there is a big difference. In the past week I spent some time talking and visiting with several dentists and did not make much progress. Other dentists cannot do both the root canal and crown so you are going back and forth. Dentiq does both. I left my last dentist (Galleria area) because I caught her overcharging me. The last straw was a line item in a bill for $15 for the privilege of watching a 10 minute video about dental care. I was told that was a standard charge!\r \r Another thing about Dentiq is that the lobby looks more like a wine or coffee bar than a dentist office. You will not mind waiting here so much. There are comfortable seating areas, books, and artwork. It is hard to believe you are at a dentist. The staff is very professional and courteous. The hours are 7am to 7pm! I have a hard time getting comfortable with a dentist so I just thought I would pass on this positive experience. more

Now this is a dental office I can trust. Dentiq Dentistry inside-the-loop Houston did an excellent job with a tooth ache I had. I hardly felt that needle that I have a huge dislike for. I needed a filling that was in bad shape replaced. Another dentist here in the city said I needed a 1,200 crown. Dentiq said ""that old filling has a leak and that is the reason you have sensativity. No need for a crown, why don't we just redo that filling and you'll be on your way."" \r \r On my first visit they showed me all my teeth one at a time on a monitor so I could see what my teeth were looking like. Maybe I didn't need to see my teeth so big and up close but now I know first hand that my old filling wasn't sealed properly. It's been 6 months, I've been back twice for cleanings and the filling that they did is still is perfect condition. Thank you Dentiq. more

I'll start off by saying, I found a new cosmetic dentist for not only me, but my whole firm! I'm a attorney and time has always been my biggest issue. After my initial orthodontic consultation, which I only stayed for half of, I was invited to the 7 o'clck CEO hour. It is wonderful, late enough that it doesn't interrupt my day and completely exclusive. I am 3 months into my invisalign treatment and my teeth are already looking soo much better. I wasn't sure if the so called clear alternative to braces was going to be able to give me the results I wanted in the time period I had in mind, but it really is truly amazing. I just can't believe how fast my teeth are shifting and my smile is coming together. Dr. Jonson truely has a cosmetic touch and she also has the right team around her to spot special needs when they arise. Without the CEO hour I would not be nearly as pleased as I am. It's nice to know that I am not just another patient in their practice, but a person with a name and a 7pm appointment booked for every 6 weeks :). I have had extensive dental work over the years all over Houston. I was thrilled to find such a pleasant dental 'home' at Dentiq Dentistry. At my first visit, I was greeted promptly by the front desk. They were very friendly as they made me feel right at home. \r \r After having a 3d scan, digital photos and xrays, the cosmetic dentist, Dr. Johnson, an energetic young lady, came for my checkup and evaluation. She took her time giving me what seemed like a very detailed examination and explained what she saw as she went along, even stopping to ask if I had questions! She stayed and chatted about my concerns for at least 30 minutes. She told me about the dental work that I needed before starting the invisalign clear braces. The doctor even agreed to clean my teeth that day (because my schedule is limited by lots of travel) so I wouldn't have to come back to see the hygienist. \r \r I was very impressed with their flexibility, consideration and abilities. The office is beautiful, as are the employees that I met. I felt comfortable and welcomed. I was not happy with the quality of care that I was receiving with my dentist... When I needed my wisdom teeth extracted, he referred me to an oral surgeon who then referred me to a 3d imaging center prior to surgery. When I wanted the invisalign clear braces, he referred me to an orthodontist. And, when I wanted some kind of sedation for the 2 crowns and several fillings that I needed, he tried to convince me that I did not need such extreme measures. I foolishly took his advice, and it was horrific. Not only was it excruciatingly painful, but the crowns made me look like a hillbilly (no offense to any hillbillies that may be reading this), and I was now having symptoms of TMJ.\r \r I started to ask my colleagues and friends about their dental experiences, more importantly, I was looking for tried and true recommendations. I heard and read dozens of favorable reviews/testimonies about a comprehensive dental center that was not far from my downtown office. I made an complimentary appointment so that I could see for myself what all the fuss was about. Every person that I had an interaction with (phone, email, face-to-face) was very professional, they addressed all of my needs thoroughly, and they made me feel comfortable and confident in that I had found the best multidisciplinary dentists in Houston.\r \r I have been seeing Dr. Johnson at Dentiq for over a year now and I am just now realizing that I should have written this review months ago. One of the crowns that my old dentist did needed a root canal, the other tooth could not be saved (it needed a dental implant), and I was able to have the majority of my dental work completed comfortably, at one office, in one visit, with oral conscious sedation. The root canal dentist did the root canal, the implant surgeon did the dental implant and the cosmetic dentist (Dr. Johnson) did the cosmetic dentistry - she made my smile look naturally beautiful again! As if I had not already said enough great things about Dentiq, did I mention that they also have a 3d imaging center that other dental specialists refer their patients to? If I had to use one word to describe my collective experiences at Dentiq, I would use this word: ""Impressive!""\r \r I like to do research before I get myself into something so trust me when I say, I definitely did my research. In fact, I went to handful of other dental offices before I went to see Dr. Johnson. I can most certainly see why she gets such raving reviews...\r \r When I called to make an appointment for porcelain dental veneers, the gentleman on the phone (Cody) handled himself with such professionalism that I remarked about how impressed I was with him. He remarked back that professionalism and a commitment to exceptional service, is what makes us who we are. Are you kidding me, how could I refuse?\r \r When I first arrived, I had to wait for about 15 minutes (I hate waiting... always have...) but at least they inform me of that expectation instead of keeping me in the metaphorical dark. They did some fancy 3d scan, it was actually pretty neat, took some digital photos and the cosmetic dentist, Dr. Johnson, came in to consult with me. She consulted with me for quite some time so I came to see her confidence in her ability, her compassion and passion for her work, and an artistic sensibility that set her apart from the other offices. I ended up leaving with exactly what I wanted... I left with the confidence that I selected the perfect office for ME!\r \r My thoughts are this: any office can attempt to ""show off"" their before and after pictures (who's going to show you the less impressive ones?), but the true testament is not what the office chooses to show and share about the quality of their work, it is what the customers (like me) choose to show and share about the quality of their work. The office is comfortable, kind and they offer comprehensive dentistry. Everyone seemed eager to take great care of me, they answered all my questions and explained each procedure.\r \r Even though I was just looking for a new dental home for cleanings, I have always wanted porcelain dental veneers or lumineers. I am still not ready for cosmetic dentistry yet, but whenever I am, I know exactly where I am going. more

Don't get me wrong, I'm super happy (actually thrilled) about how amazing my smile looks and how I feel... I'm happy. Really happy. However, This was the only office that could give me what I wanted in an acceptable timeline... One week! Because of that, they charged me more. I said okay because I had no other options. If I had to do it all over again, would I have? YES!\r \r Every other office told me that they could not do my smile makeover in less than two weeks.
