I was really excited on my first visit, as the atmosphere was trendy and staff was nice. Unfortunately, they are extremely unprofessional with their billing practices. I did not get notified that I still owed money until almost a year later, and that the bill was almost $1000.! What a terrible surprise. Do not believe them if they tell you that insurance will cover your procedure. Also, I had a second opinion on the work performed by a more trusted Dentist. Turns out, I really did not have to have all of the work done in the first place. Well, now I know not to go back there.
