Friendly and Fast 12/6/2011

Every time I call Delicious Deliveries, the customer service is impeccable. The managers really know how to satisfy their customers. Even when I have a slight issue (like if an item is missed or incorrect) they immediately fix my problem and do everything in their power to make it up to me. My food has never taken longer than an hour to show up and it's always fresh. more

Number 1 Catering 12/6/2011

Since I started using Delicious Deliveries for my office lunches, my catering bills have gone down significantly. It's much easier to order delivery from a restaurant through Delicious Deliveries and just have them bring it and set it up than it is to book a catering company for the afternoon. It only takes about an hour for delivery, and I can always set it up ahead of time. Love it! more

This is a great company, I love that I can order from a bunch of different restaurants in my area and the food is always hot and gets to my door in a very reasonable amount of time! Everyone in the office is nice and very willing to help if I have any questions. Give it a try next time you want delivery. more

The people that work for this company are some of the most professional and friendly that I have come across. Every time I call in an order, my CSR is polite and knowledgeable, and they never get my order wrong. The drivers are incredibly helpful when setting up the food. The service alone with this place is worth the 7.99 delivery fee. more

Bad Service 11/3/2011

I used this service a few times for catering. They were only on time once. The food order was correct one time! The other times, the food was not what I ordered. After paying exorbitant amounts of fees, I expected much more. The food order was incorrect. Most of it wasn't even what I ordered. I lost important clients thanks to these guys. more

Catering Genius! 10/3/2011

Part of my job is to cater luncheons for HUGE parties of clients. Well, last week I had a catering order all set up with what I THOUGHT was a reputable catering company. To make a long story short, my catering order with that company fell through at practically the last second. I was desperately searching the web for another catering company when I came across Delicious Deliveries. I called them up, and they were very patient with me. They walked me through the process step by step, and I was able to get a catering order for over 100 people in less than two hours! I will be forever greatful to Delicious Deliveries! more

Terrible! 9/25/2011

This company is really bad. I ordered Mexican food (I won't say the restaurant's name, because I still think they are good). The food was soggy and some of it was cold. It was like the food sat in the bag for a while. For the amount of time I waited for this food, I could have had already started to eat it at the restaurant. It's not worth the $7.99 fee for delivery. Don't bother wasting your money. more

This service stinks 9/18/2011

I ordered from this company three times. The first time they told me 45 minutes to an hour. I received the food in an hour and 20 minutes. Nobody bothered to call me. The ""manager"" told me that he would give me a free delivery. The food wasn't very hot and I waited a while to get it. So, in my laziness, I ordered again. This time the food was cold after an hour and a half later. The third time, the order was absolutely incorrect. I will never try this again. It is easier, less expensive and takes less time to pick up the food yourself. You will regret using Delicious Deliveries. more

I had a wonderful experience with these guys a few nights ago. I ordered from Claim Jumper (so good!), but the restaurant made my steak salad incorrectly. Everyone was so helpful! The driver called the office, the office called the restaurant, and before I knew it, the driver had driven all the way back to the restaurant to get the correct salad, and he brought it to me with no extra charge! This kind of service makes it worth the $7.99 delivery fee!! more

Gotta Love It 7/18/2011

You have to love this service. This is the only place I know of that will deliver good-quality food! I just put in an order from TGI Fridays! And two nights ago, I ordered from Malees on Main. What could possibly be better than that? The delivery fee is so reasonable I could hardly believe it, and the food is always delivered on time, less than an hour after I order. I couldn't ask for more! more

I've never been more pleased with a food delivery before. Delivery drivers are usually so impersonal and rushed. Not these guys. I ordered from Claim Jumper yesterday (my favorite, yay!), and my driver arrived in less than an hour. He seemed genuinely pleased with his job, and was so friendly! The CSR that I spoke to was also friendly and seemed happy to help. I'll definitely be using this service all the time! more

The name definitely befits the company. They bring delicious, high-quality food right to your house! I ordered from Macayo's this morning and my food was delivered in record time (41 minutes), usually takes about 45 -60. And of course it was delicious! My driver was so nice and friendly, and he even helped me set up my plates and everything. Love this service! more

Delicious Deliveries is a wonderful service! In the dozens of times I've ordered for them, I have never had a problem. When I call in my order (usually from Applebees, what can I say, I love that 2 for 20 deal!), the CSRs are always efficient and friendly, and even when I'm not completely prepared they are always patient with me. My food ALWAYS comes within the quoted time (usually 45 minutes to one hour), and it's ALWAYS hot and ready to eat. My order has never been wrong, and I think this service is fantastic. more

I've been a chemotherapy patient for a little under a year now, which makes it hard for me to get around. That's why I love delicious deliveries, they make it so easy to get great food without having to go anywhere. The delivery drivers are so nice and helpful, and they never get my order wrong, I love it! more
