I am beyond words at the moment. We test drove a 2012 Raptor. Liked the truck but it shook real bad. The saleslady told us they'd fix it and it would be covered under the inspection which had not been done yet and she wrote it on the WE OWE form. After 2 weeks of run around, I finally got a hold of her and she finally scheduled me an appointment to bring the truck in to be repaired. Upon arrival she sent me home due to the storm coming in and no rental car. She told me she'd call me back to reschedule. She never did. I called back several times and it was always I will talk with service and get back with you. Finally we called back and she gave me the same speech but this time she did call back... but only to tell me that they are not going to do the inspection and won't be fixing the shaking. I told her I would not have bought the truck with it shaking and she knew this because I told her that multiple times on the day of the sale. Then she tried to tell me that well it has been 3 weeks!!! I brought the truck in wasted my gas 90 miles round trip to bring it there and she sent me home. I just want them to be honest and do what they said they would. Is that so hard? To honor your word? I will never buy another auto there again. You cant trust even what they put in writing.\r more

I don't know about other salesmen at David Stanley Chevrolet but I know for a fact that Mike S. is a very kind and reliable individual. He knows more about any car than anyone I've ever met, ask him and he typically can answer. He tries his darnedest to get you in the best deal and what suits your needs. No gimmicks from him! DO NOT GO TO DAVID STANLEY CHEVROLET TO GET A USED CAR!!!!!!!!!! Me and my fiancé live 3 1/2 hours from Oklahoma City. We had been talking to Chris from their used car department for about 2 week before we made the trip to the city. He had told us that the car we wanted was in stock and that everything was good to go for the price and monthly payment we were looking for. We arrived at the dealership and met with Chris, he took us on a test drive and was on his cell phone the whole time. When we got back we were pushed off to a guy that was very rude. He tried to sell us a car which had been in a wreck and had a lot of hail damage on it for $4000 more than was quoted. After being insulted about our down payment, and being told we needed to ""buy a lesser car"" we left and went to Hudiburg Nissan Subaru down the street. The salesman there got us in the same model car with less miles and more options than the one from David Stanley at the monthly payment and down payment we wanted. We were there for two hours and had our car. GO TO HUDIBURG AUTO GROUP, NOT DAVID STANLEY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! more

Amazing, excellent, best dealership I have ever been to! Was not worried about anything; answered all my questions. Friendly, supportive, and simply just did a kick ass job. Don't buy your car at David Stanley. They don't stand behind their word. I have warranty that paid over $2,000 for and David Stanley wont fix the issue and they lied about everything. I have had several people get a car from David Stanley and it breaks down and they don't fix it. Poor customer service. I will never go back to them. PLEASE DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME . THEY ARE LIARS. more

I am so saficfied with the service I recieved when I took my car in due to the engine light coming on. I recieved a loaner car and it was no problem to give me the car. They service was great. Everyone I talked to was nice. Because of service from the time I have purchased my car till now I have bragged on you all. My parents were always Buick shoppers from down the street but when they seen the service I recieved from you they were willing buy a car at David Stanley. They weren't unhappy with the other dealership but like my service with you all. You always help me when I call and you take care of me well. I work in a office that customer service is important and I see you all reaching for that everytime I am there. Thank you for your service to your customers. more

I would NOT recommend David Stanley off of I-240 in OKC to purchase a car from, or their service department. I was lied to at purchase, and overcharged. When I went to get my tags, the ladies in the tag agency asked what 1 of the charges was and I had no clue. I called the dealership and found out that I was charged $3700 for no real items, and no real reason. Even the ladies at the tag agency said they hear nothing but complaints about David Stanley, and felt sorry for me buying my car there. more

HORRIBLE PLACE TO BUY A CAR!!! Do not buy from them!! they sold me a car after the papers were signed they send me papers a week later with a NEW AMOUNT. they added 2,000 more then i agreed on AND only gave me 1000 less on my trade in!! when i called to ask about it, (because my copies that i signed did not have though amounts) I was cussed at and laughed at, and hung up on, the manager said he couldn't talk to me because i wasn't a man!!! then low and behold 2 months later we found out that it was in a crash that was not disclosed to us! they said it was normal.. BUT this is a huge safety issue because the cross arm has been crushed and welled together, there is no way they could have sold it to us not know it was a danger to our lives. there is no traction!!!! we found out when the car went out of control (because it was raining) going 50mph, we flew all over the road with our ONE YEAR OLD IN THE BACK SEAT!!!! I am outraged. they told us to drive up there (2 hours away) and they would give us a new vehical for the same price. we did. they didn't fix the problem, they tried to sell us a different car for 15,000 less then what we paid FOR THE SAME PRICE!! the service manager himself was amazed that they didn't give us a refund or a new car because of the safety issues on it. PLEASE protect yourself, do not buy a car through these people. more

found a vehicle online that had everything I wanted. I called the dealership to make sure they had it on their lot. I was told they did so I made my way to the dealership. When I got there they said they'd see if they could find it. I told them they better since I had talked to someone 20min earlier and they said it was there. After walking their entire lot looking for it, the salesman said they didn't have. I said that really P'd be off. He asked if I would be interested in looking at their several other vehicles. I said since I was already lied to I was not interested in the least. I was LIED to to get me to the dealership. If they are going to be that shady just to get you on the lot, what else will they lie about?!?! more

BEWARE BEFORE YOU SHOP 4/4/2012

I have to agree with the reviews of the customers below. This place not only treats their customers like crap but also their employees. After three years of working there and taking on more and more responsibilities, they advised me that they were going to have to "let me go due to cut backs". Three years of things constantly being added to my job description and not so much as a pay raise in that time frame and then to be let go without so much as a reason. I have no hard feelings towards their Owner or their GM Shane Downs. They do have some good sales people who truly care about their customers, and they have one desk manager in new cars who does. The dealership is horrid, underhanded, shady and unethical . They have one Manager who hires and fires his own family on a fairly constant basis. I cannot count the number of times he has fired and rehired his own sister. They bribe their customers with free gas to bring in a perfect survey or write a good review for them as they know it is the only way that they can get these things with the way that they do business. I have been around the car business my entire life. This place is by far the WORST dealership in terms of service after the sale and the way to do business that I have EVER seen. They have no sympathy for employees who are ill. They terminate employees who come in every day even though they are suffering from a brain tumor and going through radiation treatments, and then have the gall and balls to accuse them of forging doctors notes for the FEW times they missed due to being severely ill. I had a heart attack while I was at work and was back within two days. I came in many times on my day off to handle various tasks that needed to be taken care of for the dealership, and my repayment was termination. They found a letter from my doctors nurse that had been emailed to me and saved on my pc hard drive. They found this after I had been terminated. They tried to misconstrue this letter as me having been forging doctors notes on my computer. Why did they do this? So that after three years of employment, and being let go for no reason, they would not have to pay me unemployment benefits and would be able to under cut me on my final vacation pay. Three years I was there and no so much as an I'm sorry were letting you go. No severance package, nothing. The only employees there that I can say anything positive about aside from the Stanley Family who are wonderful people are Jim Carerra, Shane Downs, and Wes Osborne. The rest of the management and support staff leaves alot to be desired. Pros: null Cons: null more

HORRIBLE, LIEING, DECEITFUL DEALERSHIP, DON'T BUY FROM THEM! 1/23/2012

We had a horrible time dealing with David Stanley Chevy. Do not buy anything from them. They lie to you, they are deceitful. We were supposed to have bought a brand new yellow chevy camaro 2011, which we were already approved for, but it still took them 6 hours to get the paperwork together and they are still calling me wanting me to sign more paperwork 7 months later. When we went to get the tag for it, it was a nightmare. The car had already been sold to another couple and it was in their name, with a lien against it. We had a difficult time getting the title over into our name, so the camaro was not new it was USED!!!!! but sold to us at a new sticker price. My camaro was also supposed to have bluetooth capability, well guess what it DOESN'T!!!!. All the bluetooth parts had been removed and I was told it would be several hundred dollars to repair the car for bluetooth capability. So don't purchase anything from David Stanley. It is one of the worst places that we have ever purchased a new vehicle from and it will be our last time. So DON'T WALK, SKIP, BUT RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN FROM THIS DEALER SHIP. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM. All THEY DO IS LIE!!!! Pros: null Cons: null more
