Just rented a great Condo! 6/15/2010

I just rented a great condo from Dave Poletti & Associates. I was looking for a studio and was able to find a larger one bedroom in a smaller condo building just north of Market street.. The owner couldn't sell it so I was able to rent it for at least a year. \r \r Ashlie was very helpful. My schedule was tight so she made time after hours to show me the unit. I had been looking for a while and was getting pretty discouraged but this was perfect. I was able to apply and get my lease signed quickly and I moved in this weekend. \r \r These are great peolpe to deal with. my condo was absolutely clean and in perfect condition. I would strongly recommend Dave Poletti & Associates 6/1/2010

I moved to Seattle from New York and Dave Poletti & Associates made it as easy as possible for me. I had a friend already in the Seattle area who I was moving in with so she handled about 90% of the move but this company was extremely pleasant on the phone, through email etc. I was able to fax in all of the necessary documents and every employee I came in contact with was helpful and kind. I would strongly recommend using Dave Poletti & Associates! more

Helped me in a pinch! 5/2/2010

I couldn't sell my condo in downtown Seattle after 6 month's of trying. I had to do something so I contacted several property management companies to see if they could help me rent it instead. \r \r Dave Poletti was prompt to contact me and give me a detailed proposal over the phone. Their fees were lower than other companies. He said they could take care of the entire process and I wouldn't have to be there.\r \r They were able to help get my condo cleaned and painted quickly and rented it within 2 weeks. Wonderful Moving Experience 4/11/2010

We fell in love with this place when we saw it online and contacted Dave Poletti & Associates as soon as we could. They were prompt in their response and courteous. Even though our schedules made it difficult (we were traveling but had to sign the lease within a week), they worked with us to make everything happen smoothly. Every person we called or met with was helpful and considerate and made this the most positive moving experience I have had. more

I'M VERY SATISFIED WITH DAVE POLETTI & ASSOCIATES. I LOVE THE APARTMENT AND THE WAY EVERYONE HAS TREATED ME. SINCE THE FIRST DAY WHEN I CAME TO SEE THE APARTMENT I REALLY LIKED THE LADY WHO SHOWED IT TO ME AND THE WAY SHE MADE EASIER FOR ME TO SIGN THE CONTRACT AND EVERYTHING WE NEEDED TO DO, BECAUSE MY SCHEDULE WAS SO LIMITED. THE ONLY THING I WOULD SAY THAT'S MISSING IN ORDER TO BE ALL PERFECT IS THAT THE BUILDING LOOKS LIKE IT NEEDS A PAINTING. ONCE YOU'RE INSIDE THE APARTMENT, IT'S NICE AND CLEAN, BUT THE EXTERIOR NEEDS ITS MAINTENANCE TOO. JUST THE PAINTING. My experience with Dave Poletti and Associates was more than I could ask for. The prompt and professional response from the leasing agent Ashlie Haupt was quick and seamless. Her qualtiy to detail was not only phenomenal but impeccable. When the company could have categorized my situtation as a casual renter, the treatment imposed was of the utmost respect. I cannot stress how helpful Ms. Haupt was and will look forward to working with her and Dave Poletti and associates when my property needs require said assistance. more

Great staff - Fast service 11/24/2009

Their staff is very nice and helpful. They bend over backwards to make sure any questions or concerns I have for my property have been answered. I am very impressed with the maintenance dept. as well. They were able to paint/upgrade and get my vacancy filled in 10 days. * I only wish they had online statements. more

I have had several bad property managers in recent years and was pretty fed up with management companies. I was referred to this company by my neighbor in our condo building that had great things to say about their overall experience. I decided to give it another try and I'm happy I did. The staff is very friendly and understanding of my needs. I wish I would have found them years ago. more

They do a real nice job. 11/6/2009

Poletti has managed my apartment buildings for over 10 years now. They always seem to get good tenants for me. I have never had to go through an eviction due to their great screening process. I do spot checks on my buildings when I am in town and they are always in very nice condition. The maintenance staff is well qualified, efficient and do great work. Rates are very reasonable, especially for the great service. more

We have been very happy with our property manager Dave Poletti & Associates for the past 3 years. They have been very attentive to our home and have always taken good care of it as we live overseas. I especially love the easy to understand statements we get via email and direct deposits to our bank acccount. more

Very nice staff. Made the renting process very easy. 11/6/2009

I was able to locate and secure a Condo from out of town before my move. I found a nice condo on their website and it was exactly as advertised. We did all of the paperwork via email and when I arrived in town, my keys were ready and I was able to move in the same day. It couldn't have been any easier. more

I've only lived in the property for about a month, but my experience with Dave Poletti has been very good. They generally respond to problems in a timely manner and are all very friendly and prefessional. The lease process was about as painless as possible. Our apartment was mostly well maintained, barring a few issues. Overall, I am very happy with Dave Poletti. And their office is sweet. more

Very professional and helpful. Went beyond just the minimum in service and assistance 11/4/2009

I have been working with Ashlie Haupt in finding a new home for my family for our relocation to Seattle. Ashlie has been extremeley kind, helpful and professional. My needs were likely higher because we are not from Seattle or the Pacific NW. She even went back to the home to measure walls, etc. after I had left town in order to assist me in my ordering of furniture because I was back home in the midwest at the time. Ashlie is a great ambassador for your firm. I would look to rent with properties managed by your firm for that reason and look to use your services if we aquire a rental property in the future. One caveat, I am not happy with a pretty significant fee assessed by Seattle Pub Utilities, but I believe this is not Ashlie's doing or lack of doing. In any event, Ashlie is working to assist us in getting some relief for the fee from the property owner and it does not change my overall view of Ashlie or your firm in light of the excellent service overall. They bent over backwards to accomodate my urgent timeframe. The home was in immaculate condition and was professionally cleaned before we moved in. I would definitely highly recommend this company if you are looking for a rental property. more
