Are you wondering what the heck Tom Skilling (Chicago's infamous weather dude) has to do with Dapper's? Well, stick around and I'll tell you.
If my mom had her way, she would eat here every day! She loves it that much. The wait staff took good care of her and have come to know and treat her like part of the family. I appreciate their kindness. The soups are homemade and very good. They have a large menu, and a nice dining room. Prices are pretty reasonable and you get a lot for your money. I enjoyed the lemon chicken soup, and Grecian chicken breast. Very good. Plus an added bonus. We often spotted the Channel 9 news team eating here (because WGN is about a mile away). So if your'e a Tom Skilling or Allison Payne groupie, you can have some eye candy :)
