As a new patient, I got the red-carpet treatment even before I got there, with all paperwork sent in advance and my insurance pre-verified. Once there, everyone was extremely friendly and efficient, and they even accomodated me past my scheduled time to do all my follow-up work, complete with an explanation of all covered and non-covered costs. Can't recommend them highly enough, but I'm certainly going to try with all my area friends.
