I bought an umbrella there, and the first time I tried to use it, it wouldn't stay open. When I brought it back, 13 days later and with a receipt, the store refused to exchange it. They said I had taken too long. I have a busy schedule and managed to get there before 2 weeks were up. If they are going to sell shoddy merchandise, the least they can do is try to make good on it and not look for excuses.
