Excellent service and caring employees 9/14/2011

My elderly mother has been getting dialysis 3 times per week for three years at DaVita Richmond Kidney Center. The staff from Lenore, Joanne, Lorraine at the desk, to the fabulous nurses, nurse practioners, the wonderful Unit Manager Pat, and Dr. Zhang are all the best in the kidney dialysis. Dr. Petra, who has left to go into Kidney Research was by far the best doctor in his field. The care he gave my mother was fabulous. The staff at Richmond Kidney are the most professional and the most caring in the country.. I would like my mother to move with me in NJ, but she will not leave her home, church or Richmond Kidney Center. If anyone on Staten Island or Brooklyn needed dialysis services, this is the only center they should go to. It is the best. more
