time saver 3/2/2011

I have had Dish Network for a very, very long time now...I wouldn't dream of using another Network for my TV viewing purposes. One of my very favorite things that I just love about it is being able to see what you are watching, when it started, how long it lasts, the rating, the number of stars for the movie or program, how much time is left, whether or not it's on again and when. I also love the DVR. I use it all the time to tape the shows I love and then watch them later when I have the time. This allows me to skip through the commercials and save myself 20 minutes for it. more

Extra pay is Worth 2/25/2011

Dish Network has a great basic package, offered us free DVR with signup, and gave us a two tv setup so that both tv's could be hooked up and see separate channels. There are kinks, but on the whole much better than anything we had with DTV. We pay a little more, but get so much extra that it's worth it. more

I dont miss good movies 2/24/2011

I have a Dvr with them too to where I can record movies on it by programming when they will be on and record them then watch them later on by fastforwarding the commercials. I don't miss good movies that are on that way if I have to do something else. more

I can say that after having both cable and satellite services (Comcast, Dish, and Direct TV), I have been most pleased by Dish Network. They have better DVR’s and their package prices are lower. I do have signal problems with every company, cable and satellite, but my problems have been very minimal so it's not such a big of a deal since it doesn’t happen all the time. more

I want DISH badly 1/3/2011

I want DISH badly because I could not watch my favorite programs due to my busy schedule. I am excited, I am calling them next week. I will have my best TV provider in days time. :-) more
