D'Elegance Salon & Day Spa Houston

i honsetly cant believe its listed in city search's top ten list. I was surprisingly extremely dissapointed!!! They were 10 mins late, my facial was supposed to last for 75 mins..only lasted 50mins...the woman who did my facial knew nothing...she was clearly not an aesthetitian, it felt like she rubbed lotion and other random stuff on my face and rubbed it away with the same towel that she would wash and squeeze and keep using...over and over. Also, there was alot of noise coming from the customers getting their spa pedicures which is in the EXACT same section as the facial/massage rooms. Me and my cousin came all the way from sugar land to this location for a great facial and came out with this weird sunblock-ish oily substance on our faces which we rushed to wash off...it was definitely not worth the money. I am NEVER going back and i will contact city search and find out who put it in their top ten list because just saying that i am dissapointed is a HUGE UNDERSTATEMENT! i was FURIOUS. I have been going to D'Elegance Salon & Day Spa in Katy for almost a year. At first I was uncomfortable with the atmosphere, but once they weeded out the negativity I LOVE IT! Everyone is concerned with your needs and wants and are there to make you feel comfortable and happy. Carlos has been doing my hair and he does a wonderful job. The owners are fabulous! more

My mother and sister were from out of town and we scheduled massages, facials, manicures, pedicures and lunch!! It was amazing. My boyfriend sent me here for the first time, and it was a bit disappointing. To start, my nail tech was about 15 minutes late and was a bit to chatty about her personal life for me. My hair turned out a bit orange, but I did not want to take the time to go through the bleaching process again. Lastly, i thought nothing could go wrong with a massage, but my notation of moderate pressure was translated into overexagerated knot poking and proding and left me anything but relaxed. more

All of my experiences at D'Elegance have been wonderful! The staff is very knowledgeable, especially Kim in skincare-- I love the deep-pore facials and micro-dermabrasion. Where ever you live, where ever you've been before, D'Elegance is worth the trip. The staff are warm and delightful, and the atmosphere is like a big soft couch; cosy and restful. The massage therapists are simply the best, especially Melinda. All of the services are top notch and very competitively priced. Each time I visit De Elegance I feel like one of the group. They have a positive friendly attitude and greet you with a warm smile. I have used Melinda for my massage therapist. She is so awesome. She is very caring and interested in your needs. My hair stylist is Samela and she is great. She is quick, knows what is the up to date style for you. She is always bubbly and charming. I bought a gift certificate for my mom and it expired within 6 months! Most places have it expire within 1 yr and extend if you miss the exp date! They argued with me to extend another month and then when my mom got there refused to honor the gift certficate! WORST PLACE IN TOWN! Cons: RUDE, CHEAP, LIARS more
