Courteous, professional, and on time 2/27/2015

I have dealt with Cyber Visions a couple of times now, and each time, they have been very courteous, professional and on time. My biggest pet peeve is when people are late, and so them being so punctual really stood out to me. They installed DirecTV for me, as well as a satellite dish, and high-definition boxes. They set it up so I could see all the boxes. more

I didn't have high expectations coming into my apt with this company. I was pleasantly surprised.The phone rep was courteous and polite; I made an appt scheduled at my convenience. When the guys arrived they were actually a little early, and asked if I was okay with them arriving early (10 minutes) or they were happy to return on time. I said come on in! They were not only quick to take care of my lighting, but also considerate of the valuables in my home and took care not to bump or touch anything other than the fixtures they were to install. They also came prepared; apparently I had some weird wiring in my home and additional material was required for the install, but they figured it out and got the job done timely. I am very satisfied with the work, and glad to recommend this company based on my positive experience. more

Service was good, but they took too long, and I'm still confused on how to use my remote control. 12/30/2014

I was a little dissatisfied with Cyber Visions. I would not like to get anyone into trouble or put them out of business, but I think they just took too long to get everything together for me (about 3 weeks). They needed to program a remote for me, but the one I had was not the right one. After it was done, I am still confused on how to work it properly for my Video and CD player. It took them very long to get back to me, so I feel I did not get my money's worth. However, the two young men that came to my house were courteous, intelligent, and polite; I just didn't like that it took too long to finish the work. more

Polite and professional service, but a bit pricey. 12/23/2014

When we first contacted Cyber Visions, we were only supposed to be changing an outlet, and we ended paying twice the amount initially quoted. Apparently, there was a second outlet that needed to be repaired and it was a lot more complex than the first one. I understood the job being done, but in my judgment I should have denied this second repair. So, I should not blame them for this extra work, but I do rate them 4 stars for the price. In addition, the 3 gentleman that came to my house were very polite and professional. However, I think they were tired because they ended staying at my house the whole day. And, when they tried changing the bulb in the outdoor light, they broke the light and ended up calling me to get masking tape. I have to call a new electrician to replace that broken part that is now covered with masking tape. I feel like I missed a bit on good customer experience. I had no intention being at my house for the entire day just to change an outdoor light. Thus, I would like to emphasize that my intent is not to reprimand them. Instead, I would like to make the company aware of educating their clients in regards to the change in prices and quotes. In our case, we were not planning to spend this type of money during this time of year; them breaking our light made it even more disturbing. Lastly, I would suggest they give the customer the option of saying if they want to proceed with a repair or not. And, I do have a one last compliment for Daryl, the manager, who came by to see the light that had to be replaced, which did not turn on, so he came quickly the next day to repair it. I appreciated that type of follow up. more

satisfied with arrival time and knowledge of his job 12/15/2014

Dissatisfied with having to wait more than an hour for the parts needed to repair my lights which didn't arrive but the repair person had to leave and go to home depot to purchase the parts. I wasted that hour waiting when I could have been taking care of business away from home. more
