Wonderful! 3/26/2015

The legal team at The Law Office of Heather Cullen is wonderful. Heather Cullen and Valerie Murphy were great! My issues included divorce, kids, domestic violence, support and property. I never felt alone. I never got caught up in the phone system pressing buttons – a real person answered the phone and helped me every time. I did have to borrow money to get my case going – but the legal part of my case never got tangled up with the money part. This is a great office and I will always have them on my side. more

Heather represented me in my divorce case. Her entire staff took care to put my needs first. The biggest complaint I have heard from my friends (besides how expensive a divorce is) is that they can never get ahold of their attorney. I did not experience this. I had ongoing contact with the firm and always talked to a live person. If I had to leave a message for my attorney ? my call was always returned within one day. I never felt alone in the process and my outcome was great also. more

I contacted the Law Office of Heather Cullen based on a referral from a friend of mine who is also an attorney. The staff was attentive and the lawyers were extremely knowledgeable. I did interview other attorneys, prior to choosing the Law Office of Heather Cullen, and I did not feel the level of experience or sincerity that I felt with this office. I felt that each time I contacted the office I was made a priority. I felt secure that I was being represented by experienced and compassionate attorneys. I highly recommend this firm. more

Heather Cullen has been my attorney for many years. She has been my advocate throughout my divorce case and my post-divorce custody and support hearings. I have been blessed by the hard work and dedication the office has shown to me and my children. I have had the pleasure of being represented by Heather for many years and also the pleasure of additional assistance in my matter when Attorney Duggan-Herd and Attorney Murphy each represented me and advocated on my behalf in my case. I watched Heather's firm grow from the small one office location during her early years of practicing law to her beautiful downtown building with her full office of legal staff and a wonderful support system. I am a mother of 6 year-old twins. I was referred to the Law Office of Heather Cullen by a friend who had been represented by Heather Cullen for her divorce. Attorney Duggan-Herd was assigned my matter and she was a caring and supportive advocate throughout my case. Due to a restraining order in my matter, the police were involved on several occasions. However, Attorney Duggan-Herd or Attorney Cullen talked to the police each time so that I was not bullied by my ex-husband in the situation. I was able to talk to my attorney each time I needed help. I never had to wait more than a few hours to receive any requested information for whatever the existing problem was that had been raised on any given day. I was able to protect my children because of the help of my wonderful attorneys. I definitely recommend the Law Office of Heather Cullen, Heather Cullen, Jillian Duggan-Herd and the entire staff. more

When I hired the Law Office of Heather Cullen I went to court on an emergency hearing and immediately got sole legal and physical custody of my children as well as exclusive use of my home. My case was extremely expensive. I spent a lot of money in a short amount of time. I thought Heather was too expensive so I replaced her with a different attorney. Within one week the opposing party took me back to court and attacked me with his attorney – without Heather to defend me, I lost custody of my children and ended up with visitation. I returned to Heather’s office and it has been an uphill struggle to get back what I lost. I should have never left the Law Office of Heather in the first place. I wish I could rewind time to change my mistake – I have learned the hard was that you get what you pay for! Representation by The Law Office of Heather Cullen is the best purchase I have ever made! more

Heather is a great attorney. She is assertive and takes control of her cases. I was impressed with her and her entire office. Significant attention to detail was reflected in all of my court documents as well as my final settlement. Small issues that I would have easily missed if representing myself (or maybe even represented by another attorney) were reviewed with me and ultimately addressed in my final judgment. My case involved division of many assets (including homes and a family business), custody and support issues. I was the professional in the marriage, so I could have easily left my case with no rights and no money. However, I obtained a judgment I was very happy with and I retained my business and well as some of my own income. I recommend the Law Office of Heather Cullen to any individual in need of a great family law attorney. more

Heather’s office was so supportive during my divorce. They were aggressive when they needed to be. I liked to constant communication I received. I never felt like I had to “push 0 to get an operator”. Everyone should use her office when they want or need a good divorce lawyer. more

Thank-you Heather Cullen and your entire office. Your office was supportive and kind when I felt alone and helpless. I was afraid that I would lose my children and my home in my legal battle. But, with the help of the Law Office of Heather Cullen (including Heather, Valerie and Jillian) I stayed in my home and kept my children with me.
