Cruise Holidays

Diana is absolutely awesome. She was very helpful, available, and has an amazing personality. This is our first cruise and at first we didn't know what we were doing. We did most of the research ourselves, but wanted to make sure we were doing everything correctly. Thats where Diana stepped in and navigated what we researched to make sure we had the absolute best deal for our money (and since she gets paid by the cruise company, this didn't come out of our pocket). One of the things that she did, that not many places do, was personally follow up (both by phone and handwritten letter) to see how our trip went. I think this hands down shows why Cruise Holidays of Nortwest Austin has hardcore loyal customers. If I ever make another cruise (if I can afford it), it will definately be through Diana. more

Wow?Stephanie and Diana just took care of everything!!! It was all put on the table, no hidden cost, no surprises, everything up front, told what to expect, given all the choices of things to do, how to sign up for shore excursions before, what to watch for, etc, etc. Their experience made everything as smooth as silk, awesome vacation. more

This was my very first experience cruising and it totally exceeded all my expectations! Diana booked myself, my husband and my daughter on a 11 day Mediterranean cruise with Celebrity and it was an outstanding experience for all of us. We also booked two shore excursions with Diana (not the cruiseline) and we were extremely pleased with the results, great tour guides in a very small group setting (unlike the Cruise Excursions that were in big buses with 50 + people). Diana went out of her way to ensure that we had a wonderful vacation, looking out for us every step of the way! Thanks Diana and Cruise Holidays, y'all ROCK! Pros: A real, live person to look out for your travel needs! Cons: None! more

Diana and Cruise Holidays are simply the best service in town. She booked a large group of us on a cruise for Spring Break last year and we had such a wonderful time. She went out of her way to get us the accommodations we wanted and made the entire experience one to be remembered for many years to come ! I also asked Diana to help me book a trip for my 40th birthday and she has gone above and beyond in helping me pick the right destination, resort and travel arrangements. I am definitely NOT low maintenance when it comes to figuring out where and how I want to travel and she has been a pillar of patience in offering suggestions, helping me decide and getting everything taken care of ! Diana answered them ALL thoroughly and we had several good laughs doing so. BTW...Diana is so friendly and easy going. You'll feel like you're talking with your best friend. She talked us through things like cabin placement.....you don't want that room, it's directly under the pool and the staff will move chairs at 5 a.m. creating lots of noise. Who knew?!?! It's obvious Diana is a seasoned cruiser. She knew everything about everything! Tons of helpful info for a first timer. Pros: Knowledge of cruise ""ins and outs"" for 1st timers more

Diana answered them ALL thoroughly and we had several good laughs doing so. BTW...Diana is so friendly and easy going. You'll feel like you're talking with your best friend. It's obvious Diana is a seasoned cruiser. She knew everything about everything! Tons of helpful info for a first timer. Bottom line, our cruise was...by far....the best vacation we've ever had. To be honest, we weren't convinced even as we boarded the ship. Diana told us it would be great, but it beat all of our expectations. Diana is a really superb travel agent. She obviously travels a lot herself so she speaks with firsthand authority about many destinations. I have booked 3 very elaborate vacations with her and all have been fantastic. Even when things didn't quite go as planned (missed connection, airline's fault), she jumped in and made alternate arrangements (a wonderful time in Spain) until the ship caight up with us. Then, if that weren't enough, she worked with the travel insurance company and got them to pay me, even though technically they are not legally responsible for missing a cruise due equipment failure on an airplane. Just one example of her firsthand knowledge of destinations came into play in Rome, where she had us guided around town by a guide who knew EVERYTHING-- where to go, history, culture, etc. The guide it so happens is a personal friend of Diana's. You really can't go wrong using Diana's service, and in the unlikely event that things do go wrong, it is nice to know that she is in your corner, rebooking things and even helping with the aftermath when things don't go exactly as planned. We discussed with her our chosen destinations and timelines and recieved back several choices for hotel, travel, and private transportation from airport to hotel or hotel to port that fit into our schedule. The trip was fabulous and all the arrangements were there in place waiting for us. It made it very convenient and easy to travel. Diana is very easy to work with and I believe truly wants you to have a wonderful experience on whatever kind of trip you are taking. She was passing along information to use when we were on our trip in addition to asking how it was going. It's refreshing to be provided personalized service in today's world. We highly recommend "Cruise Holiday". We traveled to Europe for a 14 day vacation in the fall of 2009 Our itinerary included Italy, Greece, Turkey, and Egypt. Our vacation consisted of a cruise, as well as land excursions, and an extended stay in Rome. What a wonderful time!! Diane and Don were wonderful. They answered all of our numerous questions, coordinated all of our reservations with our friends, and went out of their way to give us an incredible vacation.
