Diana is a really superb travel agent. She obviously travels a lot herself so she speaks with firsthand authority about many destinations. I have booked 3 very elaborate vacations with her and all have been fantastic.
Even when things didn't quite go as planned (missed connection, airline's fault), she jumped in and made alternate arrangements (a wonderful time in Spain) until the ship caight up with us. Then, if that weren't enough, she worked with the travel insurance company and got them to pay me, even though technically they are not legally responsible for missing a cruise due equipment failure on an airplane.
Just one example of her firsthand knowledge of destinations came into play in Rome, where she had us guided around town by a guide who knew EVERYTHING-- where to go, history, culture, etc. The guide it so happens is a personal friend of Diana's.
You really can't go wrong using Diana's service, and in the unlikely event that things do go wrong, it is nice to know that she is in your corner, rebooking things and even helping with the aftermath when things don't go exactly as planned.
