Diana is absolutely awesome. She was very helpful, available, and has an amazing personality. This is our first cruise and at first we didn't know what we were doing. We did most of the research ourselves, but wanted to make sure we were doing everything correctly. Thats where Diana stepped in and navigated what we researched to make sure we had the absolute best deal for our money (and since she gets paid by the cruise company, this didn't come out of our pocket). One of the things that she did, that not many places do, was personally follow up (both by phone and handwritten letter) to see how our trip went. I think this hands down shows why Cruise Holidays of Nortwest Austin has hardcore loyal customers. If I ever make another cruise (if I can afford it), it will definately be through Diana.
