Best Auto Body Shop in LA 12/7/2010

I don't usually write reviews of businesses online, but I couldn't resist writing one about Crown Coachworks. Their customer service is impeccable. Its rare to find business owners like these in this day and age, so I felt they really deserved recognition. I scraped my bumper when I was parking and the whole thing came off. I went to a different auto body shop and they quoted me almost $700 for a new bumper, which, as it turns out, I didn't even need!! Crown helped me save hundreds of dollars by making only the necessary repairs. It's a father and son business and they really are wonderful! Thanks Eyal! more

Fantastic auto body shop! 7/13/2010

From the moment I first contacted Crown Coachworks, I felt that their customer service was beyond what most other auto body and paint businesses offered. Best body shop 4/5/2010

Crown Coachworks is the best body shop I've ever taken a car to. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and honest (weird for a body shop huh?). My estimate there was lower than other body shops, and the quality of work and customer service is phenomenal. Eyal makes the experience completely painless, I was updated regularly about the status of part orders, insurance, etc. I have taken my car there twice now and have been extremely impressed both times. Sitting in the office, I cannot discern between a customer or a friend walking in to speak with the staff. I was also surprised, on multiple occasions, to see how honest the staff was about body work when other shops would have easily gotten away with making more money. I highly recommend Crown Coachworks and would not hesitate to refer a friend or return myself. Pros: Friendly staff, quality work, lifetime guarantee... Cons: none more

Best body shop in West LA 3/23/2010

Before coming to Crown Coachworks, I never really had good experiences with body shops because I never knew what was done to my car. I found Crown Coachworks online and took my car there after getting into an accident. The manager explained to me exactly what needed to be done, dealt with my insurance company and arranged for a rental car. He made the whole process very smooth. Fantastic work and customer service 2/10/2010

This was my first time taking a car to Crown Coachworks, and I wouldn't think twice about going back there if any need arises in the future. Eyal and his crew are courteous, professional, and honest. I went here based on the fantastic reviews written here, Yelp, Yahoo, etc, and I can see why they average a 5-star rating. The cost of the repairs were comparable to the estimate I received, and the car was done a day early which doesn't often happen with body shops. Absolutely excellent from start to finish! PROFESSIONALISM, HONEST, AND RELIABLE 10/15/2009

Professional: Always greeted me at the door and made me feel comfortable from the beginning. Honest: Discussed body work (rear end) that needed to be done and if any damage was done elsewhere that could not be seen until the bumper came off I was given an estimate for the potential cost. RELIABLE: This place gave a realistic time frame for the number of days it would take to get the work done. I would recommend this place to family and friends! more

Another Satisfied Crown Coachworks Customer! 7/28/2009

Recently, I was involved in a fairly serious car accident. Fortunately, a friend of mine recommended that I take my Audi to Crown Coachworks and I'm so glad that I did! The staff was extremely professional and courteous. Best of all, they repaired my car faster than I even expected and for a very reasonable price. Great Prices, Great Work, and Great Service 7/12/2009

I would highly recommend Crown Coachworks Autobody! I needed a part put back on my car I put off for over a year and a half because I was so nervous about the cost and time of the job. I went in and watched him order the parts for me right there so I knew how much they cost and knew he wasnt just typing in whatever price he felt like. By the next day, my parts had arrived and within 15 minutes, the job was done! Everyone was so friendly and personable and helpful, something lacking in most businesses now a days. Fantastic would be an understatement! 5/14/2009

I brought my car for some dent removal, and even decided to detail my 2008 CLK. When I picked up the car, I was astonished by the amazing results. My car looks as good as new. I couldn't be happier with the results and amazing service. These guys work on a lot of luxury cars, and was impressed by the staff. Best Body Shop Around! 5/14/2009

Brought both the wifes Sequoia and my Prius in for body work in April 2009. Both cars were completed in a few days as promised by Eyal the office manager. The work was top notch, and the customer service is second to none. We are happy we discovered Crown as we have had problems in the past with other shops.
