I want to say first that for anyone else that this would probably not be your experience; because my experience was due to a unusual situation. My personal experience with you(Cross Surveying) was very sad and should have never of happened. I cannot believe you actually said that ""the Easement was intended just for walking."" That was clearly not as documents stated; which clearly said equestrian, patestrian and vehicular. Being a business you could have HANDLED THIS DIFFERENTLY-- YOU COULD OF JUST SAID; THAT DUE TO A CONECTION WITH OTHER PARTY THAT YOU COULD NOT COMPLETE SURVEY. YOU COULD HAVE SAID THAT YOU WERE TOO BISSY TO TAKE ON ANOTHER JOB. THERE WERE SO MANY OTHER THINGS THAT YOU COULD HAVE DONE OR SAID..---- A couple of statements made were rediculous; to say the least. Too just say, ""do what the other party wants!"" MY PROPERTY WOULD HAVE BEEN WORTHLESS. We were talking about my life savings at steak and that meant nothing to you. THINGS WE ALL DO AND SAY CAN DESROY SOMEONES LIFE! I have never in my life set out to purposely cause someone such harm and emotional upset as you did to me and my family. WHAT BOTHERED ME THE MOST WAS; YOU JUST TOOK SOMEONE ELSES WORD/OPINION INSTAD OF RESEARCHING THE SITUATION YOURSELF. You could of said, "" -We can't do the job!!!!!!!!!! I do want to say that I know nothing of your skill as a surveyors. Scince you are licenced by the State of California I am to assume you know what your doing as far as actual surveying. My experience is probably isolated due to cercumstance. So for anyone else needing a survey done :We can assume Cross Surveying would do a good job. I personaly had a great Experience with ALVAREZ AND ASSOCIATES- also located in San Jose California and would recomend them to anyone. Terri L.
