B-ham Corry's horrible! 2/16/2009

I dropped off my favorite sweater and when I got it back it was so stretched out and ruined I couldn't wear it! I tried to contact the owners and mangers and they refused to amend the situation- refusing to even return my calls and I was very patient. When I finally was able to talk with the owner Don- he said "your sweater just died, it's time for you to go shopping" Yet he's refusing to replace my sweater- it was perfectly fine when I dropped it off- just needed to be cleaned, now it's so distorted and the owner is not willing to take the responsibility for damaging it- claiming that the sweater just lost it's life.... What an apathetic asshole!!! 1rst time going there and 2 off my items got damaged. Never take your clothes there! more

Release too broad 11/4/2006

I brought in a dress with a beaded bodice to be cleaned. The clerk said I'd need to sign a slip that they were not responsible for the beading. That was understandable, so she got out the slip. However, the paper said I was releasing them from ALL responsibility with regard to the garment, which I would not agree to. I'll have to try somewhere else. more

  • Corry’s Fine Dry Cleaning has been family owned and operated since 1967. The business was founded by Corry and his wife, Janet, as Sunshine Carpet Cleaners. Corry and Janet later expanded the business to include the cleaning of draperies, and changed the name of the company to Sunshine Carpet & Drapery Cleaners. The business continued to grow, and in 1971 Corry purchased Lake City Cleaners, located on Lake City Way, and began their own dry cleaning business under the name Corry’s Fine Dry Cleaning. Today, Corry’s Fine Dry Cleaning has six locations in the Puget Sound region. Corry’s offers dry cleaning, laundry services, alterations and wedding dress cleaning. The business has grown with the times, and now offers free pickup and delivery for all items.
