They have five floors of furniture, mattresses and carpets, etc., but nothing is labeled and the person doing the organizing is a sloppy drunk -- just piles of way too much stuff ...

Great place for furniture, but poor delivery service 9/17/2009

I got an armoire from this place and it's really nice. But, the delivery guys were not smart enough to figure out a way to bring it into my apartment. So they said they'd be back in 15 minutes and never came back. Luckily, my roommate's bf was there and he brought it in for me, all by himself. Overpriced and Unsafe 7/25/2008

They have five floors of furniture, mattresses and carpets, etc., but nothing is labeled and the person doing the organizing is a sloppy drunk -- just piles of way too much stuff collecting dust. The only items that appear to a normal person to be for sale are displayed in the small lobby on the first floor of the warehouse. Also reported found in that lobby were a group of elderly women crocheting. more

I bought an Armoire from there in March. I felt the asking price was too much and we were able to come to a more comfortable price for the piece. It was delivered three days later as promised. The staff were friendly and I was in and out quickly. But you do have to take your time and look around, on all floors if necessary. Remember that furniture turns over real quick. One suggestion I would make to them is to try to keep the dust to a minimum. Pros: It had what I needed. Cons: To dusty. more

I hope the other review stays up on this site and I should have read it before I went here, because the EXACT same thing happened to me. I was told at 4 different occasions that my furntiure was ""on the truck, on the way to my house"" and it NEVER showed up. The next day they called to say that they had mysteriously lost it. I have never, ever experienced such rudeness during the phone calls either. At one point someone was answering the phone with a string of swear words. Don't ask for it to be delivered! 12/22/2007

I have never experienced such inept service in my life. I purchased two chairs and paid to have them delivered. One month and five phone calls later, one with Cooper himself who said the chairs were ""on their way"" right then, I still didn't have my chairs. I finally went in and demanded my delivery money back and asked for my chairs. Armando disappeared into the back room. After waiting for 15 minutes for him to come back, I finally just went to the cashier and asked for my money back for the chairs too. They had obviously lost my chairs, or sold them or something. Unbelievable... more
