I have never experienced such inept service in my life. I purchased two chairs and paid to have them delivered. One month and five phone calls later, one with Cooper himself who said the chairs were ""on their way"" right then, I still didn't have my chairs. I finally went in and demanded my delivery money back and asked for my chairs. Armando disappeared into the back room. After waiting for 15 minutes for him to come back, I finally just went to the cashier and asked for my money back for the chairs too. They had obviously lost my chairs, or sold them or something.
