Thanks for solving my computer problems. It was a relief to find professionals communicating in laymans language! I was actually able to understand what was behind the problems I was having with my laptop, which is extremely important considering I am the one who is using it. The technician was patient and took time to explain the problem, so I could intervene easily if I had any similar trouble in the future. Its nice to know that a servicing company takes care of its clients both with regards to the technical needs and relational ones. more
