Fairly priced and I appreciate the work and the people in the office being very friendly. They actually held onto my laptop until I was able to pick it up. With my hard schedule that turned into a month! Thank you for that level of customer service. Very unique today. more

Got a nasty virus exchanging filed with my friend and my laptop went crazy- it kept asking me to download a fake antivirus, it was rally annoying. I took my laptop to computer labs and they restored it to its original state, the service was good and ill use them again if I need to. more

Life saver 5/18/2011

Tech was able to recover all my files. What I was more worried about is some priceless family pictures from weddings to soccer games to trips to Europe. He recovered all of them and I greatly indebted. more

Screen 4/4/2011

Walk by the store at 711 Belmont almost everyday on my way to work and I stopped by on saturday to see if they can fix my lcd screen which I broke by stepping on it in my bed. It was convenient for me because it was on my way to work and they did have my screen so I picked it up on my way back from work. Screen looked better than original and my entire computer looked very cleaned. I am not sure what they used to clean it but it sure looked like new. Justin H Chicago IL more

Great Service 4/4/2011

I called Computer Labs from San Jose to find out where my son can take his macbook pro to for repair and I talked to Al. He sent someone to my son's school to pick up the laptop from him and returned it when it was fixed. My son does not have a car and it was very convenient that they came and picked it up from him. The apple operating system was reloaded and it worked like a charm. My son was very thrilled to get it back working and it took them a couple of days to put everything back.
