Richard's Kettlebell Training class is incredible and totally kicks ass!!! I try to do as many different physical fitness related things as I can (swim, run, lift weights, basketball, you name it), but this one takes the cake. Seriously, I'm sore in all sorts of new places my body has never been sore before, and although that word sounds frightening to some, man I feel so good and so fit!
Kettlebell's are the real deal. The workouts aren't easy. But what's good for you never is. Yes it will burn and be painful and make you sweat and push you. But it's also better and a more effective workout than anything you've ever tried.
