Technician was courteous and prompt BUT I was charged $135.00 (its was just after Friday evening and kicked into higher rates.) Double the regular service charge. My system worke...

This is the second time Comfort Masters have been to my house. I was so impressed the first time, I changed from the Heating & A/C Company I had been using to Comfort Masters. I was just as pleased the second time. I am impressed with how knowledgeable and prompt they are. more

Superior service! 9/27/2019

We recently purchased a home and I had a long list of plumbing issues to be resolved. Comfort Masters called to verify the work to be done, called before coming, and gave us an estimate of costs. They were on time, professional and truthful! Will use them for all future plumbing and heating/air conditioning problems. more

Leaking Faucet 9/23/2019

I was in need of some plumbing help, so I contacted Comfort Masters. They responded exactly when they said they would. As a matter of fact, I had 2 crews contact me. Jeremy happened to be the first to respond. Great service! more

AC rattling noise 8/27/2019

The tech person 9Dilon?) took care of the problem in less than 2 minutes. Apparently the filter was loose and rattling against then fan housing. Glad it wasn't anything serious as this HVAC unit was installed very recently. Thanks, Jahan Rasty Lubbock, TX more

Service call 6/27/2019

Technician was courteous and prompt BUT I was charged $135.00 (its was just after Friday evening and kicked into higher rates.) Double the regular service charge. My system worked perfectly when he arrived. He was there maybe fifteen minutes. I DONT blame the technician but he/the company should take into account the circumstances and perhaps consider they did virtually nothing for $135.00. Sometimes take the customer into consideration...maybe the regular service call rate would have been a very nice gesture and made a customer for life. more
