I have used his services on two occasions and was very satisfied both with the loans that he was able to find (quickly) as well as the level of service that he and Columbia Funding Mortgage provide. He is highly professional, easy to talk to and works very hard to save you money. His downtown office location in Columbia Towers is very convenient (and the views are awesome). You can fill out a preliminary loan application on the Columbia Funding Mortgage website http://www.caseysullivan.com/apply_f.html. The form is very convenient and easy to use and makes the process go smoothly (just be sure to select Dietrich as your mortgage broker when you fill out the form). I have recommended him to several of my friends and coworkers and they were also very happy with Dietrich and Columbia Funding.
