Stone Cold Creamery's ice cream is very mediocre. Their vanilla is flat with too much overrun and their chocolate syrup is not a good quality. I wish they would stop taking over...

Cold Stone Is just out of this world. Not only the Ice Cream, but the Service and the staff working there are always happy. I go to the Ontario Cold Stone all the Time. The best part is when they get a Tip they sing. Its awesome! more

Don't visit Coldstone if you are afraid of calories. This is a CREAMERY, and the treats are sinfully delicious. Get something - anything - mixed in, their toppings are delicious. this place must be good since they have mix in's but there is a place in old town pasadena that has the same cold slab and mix-in's. i can't remember the name but it's on the corner near barnes and noble try the sugar free yogurt with mix ins they will blend your fruit for flavor and then also mix in what ever you want. mm mm good! Yeah, the staffers may not be the most friendly, but then again, who is friendly in LA??? What matters is the ice cream - it's top notch. A bit skimpy on the toppings (a single piece of candy = 1 topping?), but incredible nonetheless. Waffle cones have always been fresh and the flavor is explosive. Can't go wrong here! There ice cream is delicious! They have so many flavors, and they all taste great. Then they add any yummy topping you want, and crush it all up inside. It's so good! Pros: delicious ice cream, friendly employees, great toppings Cons: always busy, expensive, no seating more

It's a neat concept but nothing special. Most of the ice cream is just standard, and it's even a little bland. Store staff at the one by Beverly Center were a little rude but that's ok. I just don't think this is any different than any other ice cream place. Pros: ice cream, what else? Cons: nothing special more

I wish they would stop taking over shopping malls and allow first class ice cream establishments such as Hagen Dasz, McConnells or Dreyers to take their place! more

The best thing about Cold Stone is that it's a long term ice cream....I was trying to get the coating off the roof of mouth and tongue for over an hour. What's wrong with making the ice cream flavorful and not relying on the candy? And what's up with adding syrups to a scoop of ice cream to create a flavor. I couldn't believe it if I hadn't seen it.
