Cleaners To Your Door

I called Cleaners To Your Door to clean my Stewart blinds. They were very good and did everything they promised they would. I would highly recommend them, at least for doing shades. I am aware that they offer other services, so I want to be clear that this is a review on them cleaning my shades only. Everything was good, but they weren't on time. They came a half hour later than expected. I know that sometimes that happens, and it wasn't too much of a problem. The lady they sent to clean my blinds was tiny and I was curious to see how she was going to manage hanging my blinds by herself...My husband and I ended up helping her hang my blinds up, which wasn't a problem for us. I wonder what would have happened if I had been an elderly person who couldn't get up on a ladder, though. In any case, the cleaner they sent was capable, handy, and quick. She did her job well. more

I called with a broken chain on my lines, and they would not shift into the slant, but they would pull. Cleaners To Your Door wanted to come out, do the cleaning, and put a new railing up, and they told me this before they ever came out to see my house. I called them back, and I thought I would cancel because that seemed overkill, but they said they would come out and look at it first. The tech who came fixed it in a jiffy, and they didn't need to do the cleaning, but I was not happy with the first push. So this is not a glowing review, and yet it is, because she heard what I was telling her about not wanting a new railing, about wanting mine fixed, and that's what they did. more

The gentleman that came didn't know how it could be fixed. He shouldn't have even come in the house. I called Cleaners To Your Door back, and the owner came out to my house. She was charming, professional, and I would call her back. I would not call back the first guy though. One didn't know what he was doing, and the other did a great job. more

Cleaners To Your Door are absolutely great. They came out and gave us an estimate that was one-tenth of another company. They were very efficient and understood what we were looking for. They tested to make sure the material wouldn't rip and told us that if any damage occurred, they wouldn't charge us for the cleaning. This made us very comfortable. more

First of all, I spoke to Moon from Cleaners To Your Door personally. She had very good follow-through. When she said she would call back, she did. She gave me a window for when she could get to my house by a certain time, and she made it. She was very helpful in providing the service; plus, she was knowledgeable and was able to problem-solve, which was kind of unexpected. During the time of delivery, everything went well. The young people who came in to install window coverings from Cleaners To Your Door were very professional and fast. They cleaned up very fast, but not in a record time because they took time to get the job done and clean up. It all worked like clockwork--everything went very well! Moon gave a verbal estimate, and backed it up. I'm very pleased with her service and company! more

I'm impressed with their service cuz the result was a lot greater than what I expected. I had them clean my brown Coach leather handbag which got some coffee spill on it. I was thinking of giving the purse away cuz the stains totally absorbed and no way that you could take it off by cleaning it with the leather cleaner that Coach stores. HOWEVER, Cleaners to your door did an amazing job on the purse, they made it just like how it was before. They took coffee stains off and restore the whole bag. I'm so happy with what they have done. They did an amazing and professional job on my handbag. Will recommend and use their services again. more

Cleaners To Your Door does a great job. It is always done right. They are just so friendly. They are one of the few companies that are still open 10 minutes after closing time. I have used them for about 4 or 5 years. more
